Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sie fungieren als aktiver Markenbotschafter über alle Marken ggü. unseren Besuchern, Interessenten und Kunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Einhaltung des IT-Service-Budgets sowie die Erreichung wichtiger Leistungsindikatoren (KPI/SLA) und Ziele über den kompletten Service Lifecycle für ihr zu betreuendes Serviceportfolio
- Sie führen das Vertrags-/Leistungsscheinmanagement des relevanten IT-Services sowie die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung und Wiedererreichung der Leistungsindikatoren /KPI/SLA der IT-Provider

What are my responsibilities?

- You support the protection of Siemens assets (IT systems, applications, and data) by identifying security improvement areas in a holistic approach, evaluating technical security risks, and recommending strong protection solutions.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- University degree in computer science, IT security or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT with focus on audit and cybersecurity
- General knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO27001, NIST).
- Knowledge of ITIL.
- Appropriate trainings in multiple security areas and certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
- Experience as consultant in international IT projects with English communication in the team and with customers.
- Knowledge in security assessments of IT systems and threat & risk-based evaluation of protection controls (e.g. Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, Data Center, Storage, Firewalls, Proxy, WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Network Security, Remote Access)

Was tragen Sie bei?

- Als Cybersecurity-Experte (w/m/d) für Customer Services leben Sie den “Product and Solution Security”-Prozess in der Organisation und den Projekten.
- Als Teil unseres Teams erstellen Sie IT-Security-Konzepte und treiben die Implementierung der Security-Anforderungen.

- Model Development : Designing, developing, and implementing machine learning pipelines for various use cases in the domains of factory, procurement, and logistics.
