To strengthen our operations in Turkey, we are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead our plant in Bursa.

Plant Manager, Automotive (m/f/d)
Location: Bursa, Turkey

Your Profile:

You are a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a strong technical background and a strategic mindset.

Furthermore, you bring the following qualifications:

 ·        A degree in engineering or a related technical field

·        Several years of leadership experience in the automotive supply industry

·        In-depth expertise in surface coating/treatment technologies (e.g. adhesive coating, phosphating, Zn-Ni)

·        Proven track record in customer management, especially with international Automotive Tiers and OEMs

·        Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes (CIP)

·        Solid understanding of financial management and performance reporting

·        Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach

·        Business-fluent English & Turkish skills (spoken and written)

·        Willingness to take on long-term responsibility for managing the Bursa plant

Your tasks:
Following a comprehensive onboarding phase, you will assume full responsibility for our Bursa site, with a strong focus on the Coating Division:

 ·        Lead and develop the site team, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

·        Optimize production performance and ensure high delivery reliability and customer satisfaction

·        Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

·        Oversee strategic planning and economic performance of the plant

·        Collaborate closely with international GOTEC locations and headquarters in Germany
