Your role:

You will be leading GTS stream for SAP rollouts and guiding Key Users (local / global) for multiple project teams in parallel. Your role is focal point of contact for trade compliance in SAP rollout programs. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of new/changed processes with global impact or strategic importance, as well for the design and development of new IT solutions / processes. Also, responsible for delivering solutions to business-critical complex issues in SAP / GTS and for performing business impact analysis for all major IT changes. Further responsible for creation of training documents for key users, process descriptions for all global processes and local key users support in creation of local training documents. You will be participating and representing GTS business stream in all project meetings.


Who you are:

- Master’s degree in a Life Science discipline or Business Administration from reputed University.
- Profound experience in two or more trade compliance functions for 10+ years is essential qualification.
- Advisor knowledge of trade compliance processes & working experience in GTS.
- Experienced as Key User (local / global) in GTS Stream.
- Very good communication skill and exposure of working with global teams.
- Profound knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to investigate the error and provide suggestions to IT team to get it resolved.
- Open for need base (as per project requirement) travel.

Your Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Architect for mainly but not limited to the Veeva Vault platform to join our team. In this role, you will translate business strategy into actionable capabilities, processes, and solutions. You will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment and driving value across the organization. You will actively partner with our external vendors as well as industry peers to ensure best practices and market standards are reflected in our business architecture.


A key responsibility will be to ensure that the system design and operations remain fully compliant with regulatory, security, and organizational requirements. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will connect business needs with technology opportunities, ensuring alignment and driving measurable value across the organization. As IT Business Architect for the Veeva Vault platform you will be part of the DDIT (Data, Digital & IT) HR & various EF (Enabling Functions) Team and report directly to the Head of Data, Digital & IT Sustainability, Quality and Trade Compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


- Actively partner with Veeva Vault platform stakeholders to collect their business requirements for technologies, and translate these requirements into technical design; create architecture diagrams, integration visualizations, technical flows, technical documentation, etc.
- Own and maintain business capability frameworks and target architectures for Veeva Vault platform that represent the strategy, business models, and processes.
- Analyze business strategies and objectives to define target operating models and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure solutions meet strategic goals.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support the evolution of the enterprise architecture and the definition of the strategy for the Veeva Vault platform, in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture Team.
- Support project and program delivery with clear business architecture guidance.
- Evaluate required budget and resources for initiatives and support preparation of business cases / ROI / TCO.


Who you are:


- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven extensive experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or business analysis.
- Strong understanding of business process design, capability modeling, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with the Veeva Vault platform, Quality systems and related technology landscapes.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to understand business practices and having sound judgement and experience to resolve complex issues and challenges.
- Team player and able to build effective relationship and interact cross-functionally.

Ihre Rolle

Als belastbarer und flexibler Teamplayer unterstützen Sie aktiv die kontinuierliche Arzneimittelversorgung in der Supply Chain Organisation am Standort Weiterstadt. Ihre umfassenden Kenntnisse des deutschen Arzneimittelmarktes kommen sowohl der Distribution als auch der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Kundengruppen zugute.

In hoher Eigenverantwortung und selbständig arbeiten Sie daran, das Tagesgeschäft der lokalen Supply Chain zu bewältigen. Dies umfasst die Überwachung elektronischer Aufträge, die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und die Pflege von Stammdaten. Darüber hinaus gehören die regelmäßige Abarbeitung überfälliger Forderungen und das Erstellen entsprechender Tickets in SNOW zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Als Teil des Demand Planning Teams unterstützen Sie aktiv mit Ihrem Wissen über den IBP-Prozess und Ihre Affinität zu Zahlen die Planung und Überwachung der Arzneimittelbestände.

Wer Sie sind

• Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium (Master) mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain oder Finance & Accounting; nachgewiesene praktische Anwendung im Berufsleben, insbesondere bei der Anwendung von Kenntnissen aus dem Studium.

• Erfahrung in eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit und Priorisierung; bewährte Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Stressresistenz bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen und zeitlicher Beanspruchung.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arzneimittelmarktes und umfangreiche Erfahrung in der telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenkorrespondenz aus früheren Tätigkeiten.

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

• Fortgeschrittene Anwendungserfahrung in SAP Lean (S4/HANA) O2C, SAP IBP, MS Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel) sowie MS Power BI, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, diese Anwendungen auf einem fortgeschrittenen Niveau zu nutzen und zu beherrschen.

Dein Profil:
