Join our team as a Staffing and Classification Advisor, where you'll play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the recruitment and classification of Local National and Locally Engaged Employees.

In this dynamic role, you'll:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored, tactful solutions that align with RCPO policy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Offer expert guidance to new and existing community members on their RCPO Inventory applications, helping them navigate the process with ease.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education

- Completion of Post-Secondary diploma education or an acceptable combination of training and experience* relevant to the position.
- Acceptable combination of training and experience is defined as:  - Completion of mid-level secondary school (e.g. Realschule) AND completed apprenticeship in fields related to HR, Office Administration, Client Service, or related field of employment 
OR;
- Completion of mid-level secondary school (e.g. Realschule) AND a minimum of one of experience within the last five years in fields related to HR, Office Administration, Client Service or related field of employment secondary education (e.g. Realschulabschluss or higher) or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience

Language

- English Essential

- Experience providing client service

Asset Experience

- Experience providing administrative support services in an office environment
- Experience using an electronic records management system (e.g. SharePoint)
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and Access)
- Experience in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, directives or legislations for relevant manager, program or client

Asset Ability

- Ability to communicate in another European language of one of the countries services by our office (Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Latvia, Italy, etc.)

Conditions of employment

- Reliability Status
- Must be able to upgrade to NATO Secret during the course of employment
- Must be legally entitled to reside and work in the country of employment indefinitely (e.g. national of European country)

Operational requirements

- Depending on work requirements, hours of work will vary from time to time
- For operational or unforeseen reasons, employees must be willing and able to work from home.

Factors having an impact on your eligibility for employment:

1. You must be a national of a NATO member country
2. You must have completed any initial term of compulsory military service required of you under the provisions of your national legislation
3. You must be willing to undergo a background investigation in order to obtain a valid security clearance certificate from your nation
