Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:
In Ihrer Funktion leisten Sie als Teil unseres kollegialen Krankenhaus-Teams einen entscheidenden Beitrag, um die moderne Labordiagnostik mitzugestalten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:
- Sie leiten Integrations-, Restrukturierungs- und Rückabwicklungsprojekte bei Krankenhauskooperationen und steuern die Projektumsetzung.
- Dafür erstellen Sie die Projekt- und Zeitplanun g, koordinieren den Einsatz interner Mitarbeiter*innen und externer Dienstleister, überwachen Qualität, Zeit und Budget im Projekt, stellen die korrekte Vertragsumsetzung sicher und verantworten das Change Management bei Laborübernahmen.
- Neue Krankenhauskunden betreuen Sie hinsichtlich organisatorischer, kaufmännischer undmedizinischer Fragestellungen bis zur Übergabe an das Key Account Management.
- Sie beraten die Klinikgeschäftsführung , führen Gremiensitzungen durch, erstellen Reports und werten diese aus.

Als Teamplayer*in zeichnen Sie sich durch eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus und haben dabei das Wohl unserer Kunden stets im Fokus. Darüber hinaus zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten aus:
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie, Medizin(-ökonomie) oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Regional Asset Management Business Partner EMEA (f/m/d)
We are searching for a Regional Asset Management Business Partner for the EMEA-region.As part of the Asset Management team, you will report directly to the Head of Regional Asset Management Business Partner for the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). The team has 11 team members located in Leverkusen, Berlin and Antwerp. You will be responsible for a compliant accounting and financial reporting of property, plant and equipment and intangible assets for the division Crop Science in various countries in EMEA. You will collaborate with a large of community of stakeholders, such as project managers of investment projects, IT-project leads, site controllers, Shared Service Centers, and with the global accounting organization.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Actively manage investments in property, plant and equipment and in IT-applications from Accounting-perspective. Decide on the accounting treatment of project costs and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Ensure timely start of depreciation/amortization.
• Support the month end closing process and ensure complete, accurate and timely Financial Reporting, both for group reporting and statutory local country reporting.
• Assist in the proper reflection and of complex asset management-related business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions.
• Act as key contact to business functions for operational topics and transformation projects related to Asset Management. Ensure involvement in transactions affecting local and group reporting requirements. Lead or collaborate on business-driven transformation projects.
• Review audit findings and make proposals for countermeasures.
• Advise stakeholders on asset management-related topics and processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

WHO YOU ARE
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Several years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Controlling or Auditing.
• Ability to understand the technical content and environment of investments in property, plant and equipment and IT solutions.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to build and maintain a sustainable network with stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative and to drive issues to a solution.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; proficient knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Very fluent in English (both spoken and written) – a good command of German is a plus.
