About the role:

Ensure the efficiency and alignment of Serrala's Business Application landscape with the company’s overarching business strategy. This role serves as the key gatekeeper of the application and data ecosystem, overseeing its optimization and alignment with organizational goals.

Your Day to Day:

- Strategic Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for business solutions, ensuring alignment with Serrala’s business strategy and technological advancements.
- Application Availability: Ensure high availability and performance of SaaS solutions provided by internal and external service providers.
- Value Assessment: Analyze the business use of applications and their contributions to overall value, ensuring investments deliver measurable benefits.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with internal and external Business and IT stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept for defining and eliciting requirements.
- Solution Reviews: Evaluate existing solutions, recommend improvements, and drive continuous optimization.
- Agile Practices: Review backlogs and sprint plans developed by Business Process Owners and Product Owners to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Release Management: Act as a release manager by approving configurations and developments to be deployed across environments.
- Design Documentation: Develop and present designs with clear, well-justified illustrations and documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of applications to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Project Planning: Collaboratively plan and manage projects and workstreams to meet business objectives and timelines.

Technical requirements:

- At least 6 years of experience in a leading IT application management role (e.g., Solution Architect, Application Operations Manager).
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce and SAP cloud environments.
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence and database management.
- Professional expertise in setting up and operating productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

- A highly strategic and analytical Senior Solution Architect and Platform Administrator with extensive experience in the service industry, specializing in delivering CRM and ERP solutions within the existing digital landscape.
- Proven expertise in SFDC integration, business requirement gathering, and analysis to design robust, seamless user experiences.
- Successfully managed various SFDC platform modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Order Management, Data, and MuleSoft.
- Extensive experience in SDLC methodologies such as Agile, RUP, and Waterfall.
- Deep understanding of CRM and ERP business process management, financial management, and business development concepts.
