Meet the Team:

As Product Owner you are part of an enthusiastic team of professionals who closely work together.
You will be responsible for shaping our SAP integrated products for Payments and Account statements and report to the Product Manager Payments.

About the role:

- Possess and build on expert-level knowledge in the Payments business domain and gather & analyse data to define product specifications.
- Ensure the Payments solutions are aligned with the company's overall business goals, vision, and strategy.
- Own the product roadmap, communicate with stakeholders, and drive delivery.
- As a SCRUM Product Owner, drive the backlog based on a logical progression of delivery.
- Be accountable for hitting release timelines.
- Add input into the roadmap to ensure the right elements are in place to be able to deliver key epics.
- Anticipate future needs of our customers and use this knowledge to shape the customer proposition 3-5 years ahead.
- Communicate using appropriate methods, at the appropriate level of detail and formality, while being aware of cultural differences across countries.

What you need to excel in this role:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or computer science, or equivalent. PSPO, CSP-PO, or other equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Bring knowledge and application of basic product and project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Have a customer-facing mindset.
- Be familiar with the regulatory requirements of the business domain and able to translate these into product requirements.
- Have the ability to interpret and document user requirements and translate them into technical specifications with a focus on customer needs.
- Exhibit high numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills with good problem-solving abilities, and have an interest in innovation and working creatively.
- Possess knowledge of one or more relevant programming languages, frameworks, and databases.
- Show willingness to adapt to significant changes in technology or environment, as well as resilience in high-pressure situations and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and make decisions.
- Have prior experience and solid knowledge of SAP, Corporate Cash Management, and Treasury domain.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and fluency in both German and English.
- Treasury and cash management experience is a plus.

Meet the Team:

The Product Engineering Manager Capture oversees the entire product lifecycle for the capture solutions, starting from defining the guidelines to prioritize requirements, scope definition through the delivery of quality deliverables created by the engineering team that meets the (functional and non-functional requirements).Capture supports the different go to market initiatives (for accounts receivable and payable solutions), managed by the individual solution leads. Interest in technology and engineering processes are key requirements to be able to manage the entire product lifecycle.
The Product Engineering Manager Capture will closely collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer and Scrum Master to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and end-to-end product testing.

About the role:

The role focuses on managing internal processes, aligning the product's development with the company's strategic goals, and ensuring that technical and (non) functional requirements are met.

Your Day to Day:
1. Product Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch, ensuring technical feasibility and continuous improvement. Define the guidelines to prioritize requirements.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to align product development timelines with technical execution.
- Continuous alignment and communication with stakeholders.

4. Cross-functional Leadership:

- Lead regular product and sprint reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical execution.

5. Agile Development and Continuous Improvement:
