We are looking for the next possible date in Frankfurt am Main for a Legal Compliance Manager (m/f/d) As our Legal Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Compliance Team to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and permitting requirements effecting NTT GDC EMEA business. Your responsibilities In close cooperation with all departments, operate a system under the umbrella of the wider Compliance Management Framework to ensure that the company complies with all legal, regulatory, and permit-specific requirements Perform and maintain the stakeholder analysis to ensure a holistic identification of applicable laws and regulations Create and maintain an overview of applicable legal, regulatory, permitting requirements and drive the selection and implementation of a technical solution for regulatory monitoring for continuous improvement Work closely together with the matter experts (e.g., Central Engineering, Design, HSE, Sustainability Management, Data Center Delivery, Asset Management) to evaluate and document the compliance status and track and trace compliance measures if needed Pro-active management of new laws or regulations which could impact the business in close cooperation with the Risk Management Demonstrate the law and regulation compliance in internal and external audits Drive forward continuous improvement measures on the topic of legal compliance Advising all employees and departments on the matter of legal compliance and working together with authorities Support of the Compliance Team on other compliance tasks Your profile Relevant university degree or comparable professional experience Knowledge of the Compliance Management System and Legal Monitoring Additional professional training/ qualifications desirable Several years of professional experience in a compliance or law department, consulting firm with a focus on legal compliance or comparable Business fluency in English and German Confident, empathetic behaviour and strong communication skills Strong analytical and anticipation skills Structured and accurate way of working and the ability to summarize difficult legal and regulatory issues in simple terms Ability to work autonomously and responsibly We offer A permanent employment relationship in a highly professional working environment with challenging tasks in a future-proof industry Flat hierarchies and a pleasant, appreciative working environment Structured induction by experienced colleagues and a personal mentor Individual personal and professional development opportunities through our internal and external offers Capital-forming benefits for the company pension scheme Your application Have we piqued your interest? You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes partnering with different departments and being involved in Talent-related projects within the EMEA region. This role could be located in Hemel Hempstead or Frankfurt am Main.
