Die Große Kreisstadt Fürstenfeldbruck (ca. 39.000 Einwohner – 20 km westlich von München) sucht zum 01.07.2025 für das Amt 1 – Allgemeine Verwaltung unbefristet in Vollzeit einen

Digitalisierungsbeauftragten (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

- Aufnahme von Prozessabläufen und Entwicklung von internen und externen Workflows, Verfahrenserweiterungen bzw. Anpassung bestehender Verfahren sowie Unterstützung bei der Einführung automatisierter Prozessabläufe
- Vereinfachung und nutzerfreundliche Gestaltung von Verwaltungsleistungen
- Umsetzung des bayerischen E-Government-Gesetzes
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des Online-Zugangsgesetzes
- Wahrnehmen der Aufgaben des Informationssicherheitsbeauftragten
- Koordination und Steuerung zwischen den Fachbereichen und externen Stellen
- Beantragung von Fördermitteln

Ihr Profil:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium an der Hochschule für den öffentlichen Dienst (Dipl.-Verwaltungsinformatiker (m/w/d) bzw. Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (m/w/d) mit IT-Spezialisierung) oder vergleichbares einschlägiges Fachstudium
- Breit gefächertes IT-Wissen sowie Erfahrung im Bereich der Prozessoptimierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Überzeugungs- und Teamfähigkeit, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität

Responsibilities

- Managing the global processes, IT applications, tools and governance with a clear focus on lean, digitalized processes to create a highly efficient SCM setup.
- Lead the implementation of the new procurement platform for the Procurement & Logistics department worldwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of the system within the global supply chain network.
- Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the supply chain, identifying opportunities to leverage technology solutions for improved productivity, visibility, and cost savings.
- Develop standard procedures (e.g. procurement policy, contract templates, etc) that enable consistent and efficient procurement and introduce best practices to continuously improve performance and efficiency
- Project management (including the development, implementation, communication, and training strategies) including generating presentations to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Maintain active communication with internal customers and conduct trainings to amplify knowledge and ensure effective implementation of processes and tools
- Serve as the global key user for various applications within the Procurement & Logistics department, providing expertise and support in utilizing functionalities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

- A commercial or technical university degree is required.
- Possess longterm experience in Supply Chain Management, with deep knowledge in strategic and operational procurement and logistics.
- Expert knowledge as well as experience in the implementation and/or customization of Procurement Platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Jaegger, Synertrade Accelerate), SAP systems and other SCM relevant applications.
- Proactive and independent working style, with a clear focus on the continuous development and digitalization of methods, processes, and tools.
- Highly organized, with the capability to apply relevant project management methods and tools to plan and manage initiatives effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to connect teams and synchronize with internal and external stakeholders internationally.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of process improvement opportunities and the development of innovative solutions.
- Knowledgeable about emerging trends and technologies in SCM, particularly in digitalization, automation, and data analytics.
- An innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional approaches.
- Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and customer orientation, impressing with results and quality orientation.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Als Gruppenleitung (m/w/d) Digitalisierung sind Sie Teil des Teams in der Zweigwerkstatt Obersendling und damit kompetente Ansprechperson für Menschen mit psychischer Behinderung am Arbeitsplatz. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit (39 Std./Woche) ab dem 01.01.2024 zu besetzen.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Anleitung, Betreuung, Förderung, Qualifizierung und Assistenz von Menschen mit psychischer Behinderung
* Arbeits- und Aufgabeneinteilung der ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Digitalisierung gemeinsam mit Kollegen (m/w/d)
* Einarbeitung der Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d) am Bildschirmarbeitsplatz
* Heranführen und Anleiten der Mittarbeitenden (m/w/d) bei Scan Vorgängen in unserer Digitalisierung
* Einhaltung der Vereinbarungen mit den Kunden
* Kundenakquise durch Teilnahme an Onlineausschreibungen
* Führen von Arbeitsbesprechungen und Gruppengesprächen
* Bei Bedarf aktive Unterstützung der Produktion zur Gewährleistung von Qualität und Termin
* Sie gestalten Abläufe aktiv mit und entwickeln Ihren Bereich weiter

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem industriellen kaufmännischen Beruf oder Abschluss in vergleichbaren Berufsbildern, alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im arbeitspädagogischen Bereich
* Erfahrung in der beruflichen Förderung von Menschen mit Behinderung wünschenswert
* PC-Affinität
* Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Microsoft Office
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
