In dieser Zeit werden Ihnen die notwendigen praktischen wie theoretischen Kenntnisse für den Polizeivollzugsdienst vermittelt. **Die polizeifachliche Unterweisung startet zum 01.05.2026.** Eine Einstellung vor diesem Termin ist möglich.

Für die Verbeamtung ist eine mindestens dreijährige hauptberufliche Tätigkeit erforderlich, die für die spätere Arbeit im Wirtschaftskriminaldienst förderlich ist. Die Zeit der zu absolvierenden einjährigen polizeifachlichen Unterweisung wird hierbei auf die Zeit angerechnet. Sofern darüber hinaus eine förderliche hauptberufliche Berufserfahrung nach Abschluss des Studiums vorliegt, kann diese auf die noch abzuleistende zweijährige hauptberufliche Tätigkeit bis zur Verbeamtung ebenfalls angerechnet werden. Als förderlich gelten unter anderem Tätigkeiten im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Revision bei einer Bank, einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen, einer Steuerberatungs- oder Wirtschaftsprüfergesellschaft, einem Unternehmen der Gesundheitsbranche oder einer Krankenkasse.

Sie steigen dann direkt in der 3. Qualifikationsebene des Polizeivollzugsdienstes als Kriminalkommissar (m/w/d) in der Besoldungsgruppe A9 ein, bei mehr als 6 Jahren förderlicher hauptberuflicher Berufserfahrung ist im Einzelfall eine Einstellung in Besoldungsgruppe A10 möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Entwicklung umfassender funktionaler Außenlichtinszenierungen inklusive homologationsrelevanter Umfänge und deren Dokumentation
- Codierung von Front- und Heckleuchten nach Designvorgaben unter Berücksichtigung länderspezifischer Anforderungen
- Eigenständige Entwicklung, Definition und Projektierung eines Entwicklungsumfangs mit direktem Kundenfokus
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen wie Homologation, Steuergeräteentwicklung, Design und Absicherung
- Repräsentation der eigenen Arbeit in Gremien, bei Funktionspräsentationen und Terminen mit dem technischen Dienst


Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Außenlichtentwicklung und Steuergerätebetreuung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kommunikationsstärke, Präsentationsfreude und Eigeninitiative

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Mitarbeit im gesamten Lebenszyklus der Produktentstehung, von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur Serienbetreuung
- Koordination und Sicherstellung des Kundenerlebnisses im Bereich Laden (WCM/USB) in der Serienbetreuung
- Durchführung von Qualitätsarbeiten, einschließlich Absicherung des Ladeverhaltens neuer CE-Geräte und Erstellung von Datenanalysen
- Sicherstellung der Produktkonformität, operatives Zertifikatsmanagement und Monitoring für Funkkomponenten wie Wireless Charger und USB-Buchsen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungspartnern zur Einhaltung rechtlicher Compliance-Vorgaben und Durchführung von Soll/Ist-Abgleichen für Zertifikate
- Operative Ressourcensteuerung, einschließlich Erstellung, Leistungsbestätigung und Abrechnung von Bestellungen
- Steuerung von Bewertungsaufträgen und Sicherstellung der prozesskonformen Verankerung von Aufwänden in Bewertungsblättern


Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie in der E/E-Entwicklung
- Kenntnisse in Prozessen, Methodik und Technik der Komponentenentwicklung oder Erfahrungen in Fahrzeugprojekten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
