Für die Verbeamtung ist eine mindestens dreijährige hauptberufliche Tätigkeit erforderlich, die für die spätere Arbeit im Wirtschaftskriminaldienst förderlich ist. Die Zeit der zu absolvierenden einjährigen polizeifachlichen Unterweisung wird hierbei auf die Zeit angerechnet. Sofern darüber hinaus eine förderliche hauptberufliche Berufserfahrung nach Abschluss des Studiums vorliegt, kann diese auf die noch abzuleistende zweijährige hauptberufliche Tätigkeit bis zur Verbeamtung ebenfalls angerechnet werden.
