And now, we're looking for a User Experience (UX) Design Manager who shares our ambition to elevate design into a strategic growth driver. Your purpose You’ll be the driving force behind a consistent, high-impact User Experience across all BRITA touchpoints—physical and digital. Your work will strengthen our market differentiation, increase customer loyalty, and ultimately build the business value of our brand through design. This role sits at the exciting intersection of process and implementation: · You’ll build strong bridges between teams and disciplines, aligning UX across the company and creating robust systems, guidelines, and tools. · At the same time, you’ll shape and realize tangible touchpoints—product, interface, packaging, media—with a sharp eye for consistency, desirability, and seamless integration. Your impact · Own and orchestrate UX across multiple business units and project teams—bringing strategy, design, and execution together. · Develop cohesive UX concepts and lead their implementation across physical and digital products. · Align cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, engineering, marketing, external partners) to create consistent and customer-centric experiences. · Design clear processes, principles, and systems to ensure scalability, consistency, and emotional brand impact. · Contribute to all four core BRITA design categories: product design, graphic design, interaction design, and media design. · Conduct and translate user research insights into relevant, feasible, and desirable UX solutions. What you bring · Several years of UX design experience within a company, ideally in consumer goods, lifestyle or small appliances · A genuine passion for user needs and the ability to turn insights into seamless, delightful experiences · Solid knowledge of human-centered design methods and tools like FIGMA, Adobe XD and other prototyping Design Thinking, or Service Design · A strong understanding of design systems & principles, usability testing and user research methods · A strategic mindset with a sharp eye for brand consistency and emotional impact · Confidence in cross-functional collaboration, bridging design, engineering and business · Strong storytelling and communication skills to inspire and align stakeholders · Fluency in English, good command of German – plus a globally minded, open attitude.
