We are now hiring a Human Resources Business partner for Germany, working for our two German sites : Hamburg and Rheda-Wiedenbrück and back up for EMEA sites. Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days at the office. Responsibilities - Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall global HR strategic plan - Collaborate and work with and leverage the Global Centres of Expertise (COE), aligning local HR activities with Global HR standards and processes - Support, coach, and mentor management regarding succession planning, local interpretation and implementation ensuring a consistent ‘One NSF’ approach - Planning and conducting new employee inductions, and onboarding activities to foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives - Leverage data to strategically coach and guide leaders and the HR team - Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Solutions team in order to insure a complete and adequate on/offboarding/internal development as well as ensuring regulatory compliance. - Coordinate and lead EMEA related HR projects required by local/regional legislation - Responsible for local HRIS Data integrity to meet the global data standardization strategy and accurate reporting - Collaborate closely EMEA HR Team to create regionally based solutions - Bring and model key cultural behaviours, drive engagement thinking and employment branding perspectives - Drive a culture of purpose & performance, feedback and accountability through performance management consultation with leaders and employees. Support managers through Employee Relations issues and ensure effective and equitable resolution of performance issues. Facilitate employee relations conversations in order to provide constructive outcomes and sustainable solutions Qualifications - Broad experience in all aspects of HR Business Partnering, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, local labour legislation, talent, succession planning, restructuring, and leadership - Previous experience in an international, matrix organised, or US led organisation/role - Experience of supporting and implementing organizational change and ability to coach and mentor managers - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and support on Global and COE initiatives - Proven experience with performance-based metrics and HRIS systems (Such as Oracle) - A creative thinker with a pragmatic approach to deliver effective HR solutions - Experience with autonomously managing local and regional HR implementations - Able to resolve complex and confidential employee relations matters quickly and efficiently - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills - Excellent fluency in German, English and any other European languages is a plus - Being able to work from Rheda and Hamburg office according to the needs At NSF, our mission is to improve human and planet health by enabling safe food, clean water, and life-enhancing health technologies and products for millions of people around the world.
