You’ll make an impact by

- Defining and building a scalable, collaborative quality organization within our software department, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and demonstrated transparently.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Regularly auditing, inspecting, and testing cloud products to monitor and continuously improve their quality, driving consistent enhancements.
- Ensuring full compliance with EHS regulations, including conducting risk assessments, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
- Leading sustainability efforts, such as reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices in software development throughout the product lifecycle.
- Supporting the organization in adhering to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, representing the QMS during audits, and ensuring seamless certification.
- Automating the collection and visualization of artifacts necessary to demonstrate adherence to certification requirements, serving as the quality product manager.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality, EHS, and sustainability into every aspect of product development, focusing on continuous delivery and compliance.
- Actively communicating and managing change within the organization, organizing workshops and managing transitions for assigned QMS processes.
- Planning, developing, and delivering training related to the QMS to ensure employees are aligned with quality standards.
- Ensuring all product safety requirements are met, coordinating necessary measures, and consistently monitoring their implementation to uphold safety.
- Working closely with overarching quality, EHS, and sustainability teams to align efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and cohesion across functions.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports, metrics, and KPIs on quality, EHS, and sustainability performance to senior management.

- Education
- You hold a master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, with a focus on software quality
- Experience &amp; Skills
- You have a longterm experience in IT Quality Management or Quality Management Systems, demonstrating strong expertise in the field.
- You have a profound technical background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, providing you with the knowledge to manage complex quality processes.
- Extensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Automation (BPA), enabling you to drive efficiency and innovation.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, and are well-versed in compliance regulations.

How you’ll make an impact

- Lead the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term IT initiatives. You will guide the business in enterprise architecture decisions and identify synergies across different business types.

Your defining qualities

- Education
- University Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT portfolio management, ideally within large-scale transformation programs and global organizations.
- Strong understanding of the software business (preferably within the industrial sector) and its technological needs, with a focus on delivering value to internal and external customers.
- Extensive experience with the Salesforce platform; familiarity with other enterprise solutions such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, and Snowflake is a plus.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and portfolio lifecycle management best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in LeanIX for Enterprise Architecture Management.
- Proven ability to optimize application portfolios and manage IT assets to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business value.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, data management, and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT.
