The Seibert product business unit is active on the Atlassian Marketplace
with Confluence and Jira apps, and has achieved Gold Marketplace Partner as
well as Platinum Marketplace Partner for its joint ventures with <a href="http://draw.io" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">draw.io</a>
and appanvil. Our team manages marketing and sales for the appanvil joint
venture: Aura Apps, including Mantra and Karma.

Our team is based in Germany and the US (East Coast), and we are looking
for someone with at least half day overlap with the Central Europe time
zones.

As the Content Marketing Manager for the Aura GTM team, you will play a key
role in crafting and executing our content marketing strategy. You will be
responsible for creating high-quality, compelling content for a our
Confluence apps that educates, informs, and engages multiple target
audiences.

-What tasks can I expect?-

· Content Strategy Development
You take care of developing and implementing a content marketing strategy
that aligns with our overall marketing objectives and business goals,
including increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and
improving customer engagement.

· Content Creation &amp; Management
You take care of writing, editing, and optimizing various types of content,
including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, landing pages,
social media posts, email campaigns, newsletter, and more. You work closely
with product marketing managers to create content for all stages of the
buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration, and decision stages). You
collaborate with subject matter experts to produce authoritative and
technical content tailored to specific target audiences.

· SEO Optimization
You are responsible for optimizing content for SEO to drive organic
traffic. This includes conducting keyword research, applying on-page SEO
strategies, and collaborating with our SEO expert to ensure the content
aligns with search engine best practices.

· Content Distribution &amp; Promotion
You are responsible for collaborating with our head of marketing and
product marketing managers to develop and execute content distribution
strategies across various channels, such as the website, email, social
media, and industry forums. You also leverage social media platforms to
promote content and engage with prospects and customers.

· Performance Tracking &amp; Analysis
You use analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
to measure content performance. Based on the data, you make adjustments to
improve effectiveness. You track key content metrics, including traffic,
engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.

-What do I bring to the team?-

· Love for writing and creating content
· Experience working in B2B SaaS or tech companies.
· Technical background, or experience in working with technical products
· Familiarity with content distribution tools and content analytics tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Google Analitics, SEMrush.).
· HTML/CSS knowledge would be an advantage but not a must
