As an Expert Training with a focus on Aircraft Handling (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of workshop and training concepts, as well as the development and maintenance of digital, interactive learning media.

- Preparing and implementing teaching units including the necessary theoretical material (didactic preparation and updating of training documents)
- Preparing and accepting theory tests including their evaluation
- Teaching behavior-oriented training modules
- Instructing and supervising new employees/trainers
- Conceptual design and updating of training content
- Collaborating in the survey and coordinating training and education needs, as well as in the analysis of content requirements
- Checking the quality of training services and their success in line with the agreed parameters
- Clarifying the necessary framework conditions for the needs-based and results-oriented implementation of training measures

Ihr Profil:

We are looking for open-minded, dynamic and flexible people who have already gained professional experience in the field of aircraft handling as "Ramp Agent" / "Aircraft Loading Supervisior" and who enjoy imparting this knowledge to new colleagues.

- Commercial vocational training or (technical) university degree in education, business education, psychology or comparable professional experience
- Several years of experience in the field of aircraft handling ("Ramp Agent"/"Aircraft Loading Supervisor" or comparable) required
- Many years of professional experience as a trainer or several years of professional experience in teaching and instruction activities an advantage
- Pedagogical skills, social skills, skills in guiding and motivating people, precise presentation of complex issues
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluency in German and English
