Your day to day:

- Design, deploy, and manage the Active Directory infrastructure, including forests, domains, domain controllers, and trust relationships. Design, deploy, and manage Entra ID tenant in Azure, including the Microsoft Entra connect synchronization between on-premises and Entra ID.
- Monitor and troubleshoot replication issues to ensure data consistency across domain controllers. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to maintain efficient Active Directory operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert during incident response activities related to Active Directory security incidents. Create and manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs) within Active Directory. Ensure proper permissions and access controls.
-  Collaborate with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to integrate Entra ID with Cloud Applications and other systems using Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM provisioning.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
-  Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Hybrid Exchange environment (on-prem/EOL).
- Administer and maintain Active Directory Certificate Services, including the issuance and renewal of PKI certificates. Administer and maintain public domain names, including managing NS, TXT, and CNAME records.
- Oversee the management, issuance, and periodic renewal of public certificates. Provide expert-level support for Windows-related issues, both proactively and reactively.

What makes you excel in this position:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
- Hands-on Experience to work on a complex Active Directory/Entra ID hybrid environment.
- Hands-on understanding of ITIL principles (and Jira).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities.
