Facility Manager (m/w/d) - Direktvermittlung

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Planung und Koordination der Leistungen im technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement
• Erfassung von Investitions- und Erneuerungsbedarfen
• Steuerung, Abnahme und Rechnungsprüfung von externen Firmen und Dienstleistern
• Erstellung und Administration von Mietverträgen
• Fuhrparkmanagement und -verantwortung
• Durchführung von innerbetrieblichen Transporten im Zuge von internen Umzugsmaßnahmen oder Veranstaltungen

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im oben genannten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im genannten Bereich von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke im Gebäudemanagement und im Vertragsrecht
• Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick

We are currently seeking an Intellectual Property Manager (x|f|m) for our
IPM department in Goettingen (full-time) with the possibility to work
remotely on a regular basis. The owner of this role will be responsible for
the filing, prosecution, maintenance, defense and enforcement of
Sartorius´ IP rights (patents, utility models, trade secrets) for both of
our divisions (Bioprocess Solutions and Lab Products and Services) and for
Corporate Research.

*Your tasks*

· Cooperate with inventors from Product Development and Corporate Research
on assessing the patentability of inventions

· Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) | project leaders
on freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses before commercial launch of new
technology

· Manage inventor-remuneration systems and payments to be made under
applicable national law

· Prepare in-licensing and out-licensing activities and review IP-related
clauses in diverse agreements for both divisions and for Corporate Research

· Oversee and manage monthly, core-technology focused IP committees within
the company via our internal database

· Facilitate IP training | mentoring for staff from Product Development,
Corporate Research, Product Management, Business Development with regards
to the IP strategy | internal IP workflow and basics of IP law

· Manage IP litigation and invalidity actions (oppositions, nullity
proceedings, post-grant reviews etc.)

· Monitor 3rd-parties´ IP filing activities

· Coordinate with Business Development on assessing the IP potential of
new technologies

*Your qualifications *

· Academic degree in engineering, physics, software or similar

· Ideally qualification as German, European or US Patent Attorney

· Several years of professional experience as an IP Manager in a corporate
multinational IP Management environment

· Very good knowledge of international IP law in terms of prosecution,
defense and enforcement of IP rights, including litigation and negotiations
of IP-related agreements

· Very good negotiation and analytical skills

· Excellent interdisciplinary communication skills as well as
intercultural competence to work in a multinational team

· Team player, ultrafast learner, personal resilience

· Fluent written and spoken English and German
