Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) - Vollzeit (40 h/Woche) Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

- Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Themen
- 1st Level Support
- Koordination & Schnittstelle zu ext. IT-Dienstleister
- Erstausstattung neuer Mitarbeitenden mit Hardware
- Fehlersuche und Behebung vor Ort
- Pflege und Wartung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur vor Ort (Hardware/Software)

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder alternativ Quereinstieg mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung und nachweisbaren IT-Kenntnissen
- Erfahrung mit IT-Sicherheit/Datenschutz, IT-Support, Netzwerktechnik, Hardwarekomponenten, etc.
- Erfahrung in der Microsoft-Umgebung
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denken und Problemlösefähigkeit

IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) (m/f/d) Your general mission and role:

As IT Specialist you are ensuring the best end user support level for 8 European Aftermarket offices (ca 150 employees) combining internal and external resources. Your main responsibilities in this position:

* Coordination of external local subcontractors:
* Defining IT procedures to standardize the IT support
* Address technical questions in collaboration with IT central department
* Monitoring and observation of business conditions with external local subcontractors in collaboration with KEU local management
* Regarding Germany:
* Support of the Top management and employees with all IT & technical questions
* Oversee the maintenance, repair, or replacement of office hardware
* Support of local departments with all technical matters to existing IT systems
* Support of KEU Finance & Accounting department with all technical matters relating to banking tools
* Microsoft 365: Exchange online and Teams administration & administration of licenses
* Collaborate with IT central department for defining & implementing common IT policies
* Collaborate with Cyber Security team to ensure the security of KEU Aftermarket offices following corporate guidelines
* Collaboration with IT General Manager to discuss & evaluate needs & identify possible implementation projects
* Occasional business trips to get to know the Spanish IT team & the European locations

This is what we expect from you:
* Completed IT Specialist System integration studies or comparable training (apprenticeship IT Specialist / system integration)
* Experience in general IT end users support or IT infrastructure implementation
* Confident with Microsoft 365
* Demonstrated soft skills: problem solving, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability
* Highly motivated person with hands-on mentality, ability to self-start and work in a distributed team setting
* Fluent in German with high level of English skills; Spanish will be valued
