- Übernahme der Verantwortung für die gesamte Hardware der Bodengeräte Ground Loading Station (GLS) und Tornado Operational Ground Support System - Technical Support System
- Technischer Support der Systeme In-House sowie der Kundensysteme in den Geschwadern
- Bei Neuentwicklung von Hardware-Komponenten, Erstellung von Testspezifikationen, Testprozeduren und Testreports sowie zulassungsrelevanter Dokumentation im Rahmen von Qualitätsmanagement, technischer Sicherheit und Musterzulassung
- Bereinigung von Hardware-Obsoleszenz sowie Durchführung der Hardware-Integrationstests der geänderten Module mit Aktualisierung der dazugehörenden Dokumentation
- Selbständige Durchführung der Abnahmetests für Qualitätssicherung, Güteprüfstelle sowie für den Endkunden
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Kundendokumentation
- Übernahme der operativen Verantwortung für das Labor mit Instandhaltung und Erneuerung der Messgeräte nach Vorgaben
- Übernahme des Bestellwesens für den Bereich Ground Loading Systems
- Technisches Management der Zulieferer (Supplier) sowie der Fertigung In-House und Extern

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

# **Technische Projektleitung (d/w/m)**

Die Hauptabteilung **„Weapon System Rigs“ im Bereich „Flight & Integration Test Center“** bei Airbus Defence and Space in Manching ist im Engineering verantwortlich für alle Testanlagen am Standort, die für die Qualifizierung und Zertifizierung der Avionik- und Flight-Control-Systeme (z. B. Hydraulik) genutzt werden. Hier wird alles aus einer Hand angeboten: von Zukunftskonzepten, Design, Entwicklung und Abnahme der Anlagen über Test Support Systeme bis hin zu Betrieb und Wartung.

As Missile Warner Technical Responsible, you act both as a technical project manager for the Dual IR Missile Warner and as an Electronic Warfare (EW) systems engineer.

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Planning for Airbus engineering activities,

Defining project management artefacts as PBS and WBS,

Creation of work package descriptions, estimating resources,

Planning, coordinating and performing Technical Reviews,

Development of engineering plans,

Continuously monitoring progress, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and leading engineering change management,

Suppiler (Tier-3) technical management

Identification and planning of the engineering resources related to the engineering work packages and verify availability of resources with the EW Engineering team leader,

Planning and monitoring the certification/qualification/acceptance of the integrated EW solutions,

Continuously trying to find agile and lean ways of performing engineering activities.

Systems Engineering: Requirements analysis and definition (incl. requirements engineering in DOORS),

System architecture development,

Trade-off analysis in order to select the best solution fulfilling the requirements,

Impact analysis of design changes considering the entire product life-cycle,

Interface definition and management,

Definition of the requirements acceptance criteria,

Stakeholder identification and management,

Performing technical milestone reviews (with or without customer)

Desired skills and qualificationsEngineering degree in telecommunications, electronics or equivalent

broad experience in systems engineering

Experience in electronic warfare systems (sensors, countermeasures, avionics, etc.)

broad experience in equipment development and/or supplier management for electro-optics equipment

Know-how on use of neuronal network will be a plus

Innovation and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus

Ability to work under pressure

A400M knowledge and experience preferred

DO-178 Software Qualification, DO-254 Hardware Qualification and DO-160 Environmental Qualification knowledge required

Experience and knowledge on DPA-ABDs processes preferred

English skills on negotiation level, German skills preferred
