Job Description

As a Radiography Systems Global CSC & Inspection Service Operations Leader you will be responsible for establishing and executing the Waygate Customer Solution Centers (“CSC”) operating mechanism, metrics and performance expectations for all CSCs across the globe. Furthermore, you will establish and continuously improve the process of Inspection Service operations. 

This role works closely with the Global Service Director to provide to the business facts that enable data-driven decision making for the cross-functional global CSCs. The role partners with the Inspection Service Growth Leader on strategy deployment, and with the regional Services Leaders for the execution of the Inspection Service orders, and other advanced services offered at the centers. This role combines a strong operations background to drive impeccable and customer-centric execution at all centers as well as a drive to ensure productization of our offers to enable growth and enablement of the business.

As a Radiography Systems Global CSC & Inspection Service Operations Leader you will be responsible for 

- Defining Customer Solution Center (CSC) global operating mechanisms, policies and processes to ensuring impeccable execution and financial profitability for each of the centers. 
- Creating a deck of metrics and criteria that justify the continuity, expansion or other measures to keeping a healthy balance of investments of CAPEX and labor on growth engines and critical regions across the globe. The metrics must be visualized for easy accessibility to enable good decision-making. 
- Implementing and oversee the wing-to-wing process of Inspection Service operations, with a Kaizen approach and lean process thinking. 
- Participating in the process (ITO-OTR) of the Sales of Demo machines from the CSCs to customers. 
- Analysing CSC financials for cost vs. benefit of various offerings, optimal equipment refresh cycles and other investment opportunities. 
- Ensuring quality and safety highest standards at our centers, collaborating with regional leaders for services, sales and other functions to abide and role model our quality and safety programs. Supporting the CSCs in the process to obtain certifications such as ISO/ASNT/NIST. 
- Presenting to senior leadership in the business (SEB, sr. VP) solutions on CSC metrics and financials. 
- Working with cross sub-business-lines’ teams. 
- Collecting, consolidating, and tracking global Service Operations CAPEX requirements. 

Follow your Passion 

To be successful in your role 

- Ability to challenge and improve the status quo of an existing process in full operations. 
- FP&A experience, or willingness to go obtain this through self-study. 
- Experience in PowerBI, MS Excel, and SAP. Experience in building dashboards, visualizing complex data. 
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or Engineering from an accredited university or college, or 5 years’ experience in Business management, Service, Engineering, or Supply Chain. 
- Significant experience in a position requiring influencing change remotely. Ability to influence teams without being in their direct management line. 
- Willingness and ability to travel as required. 
- Must be fluent in English. Another language, especially German, Korean, Chinese is a plus. 
- Proven professional experience with continuous growth of responsibility.
