We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our MicroMeasurements division. Tasks: - Responsibility for recurring business with existing customers - Create sales quotes in response to customer inquiries through the website or from external sales managers - Independent management of offers, follow-up to completion including necessary follow-up activities - Working closely with other internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction from quotation preparation to order processing - Build a high level of service and prioritize tasks to ensure continuous customer satisfaction - Maintain close relationships with key customers to better assess business developments and forecasts - Qualify sales and marketing leads according to the company qualification methodology, document status, and share them with the external sales team as needed - Maintenance of the customer database in QAD as well as other relevant business systems and CRM after its implementation - Efficiently and effectively communicate sales promotions, marketing materials, and product and commercial information to customers and prospects for business development - Independent handling of emerging problems, ensuring investigations and timely solutions - Contract review of orders before handing them over to customer service for further processing and confirmation - Support the customer service process as needed Requirements - At least two years of experience in a similar technical inside sales position - Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel - English and German at a business-fluent level - Team player with the ability to prioritize - Excellent attention to detail
