In an open exchange with the entire team, you will be planning and supervising the different steps of our analytical pipeline: cell culture, biochemical enrichment techniques, sample preparation, data-acquisition by mass spectrometry, data analysis and interpretation.
You independently plan experiments and supervise their execution.
You will actively contribute to the implementation of biochemical enrichment techniques and assist in automating them on our liquid handling platforms.
In collaboration with other team members, you will interpret the data and present it to the team and to our customers.

PhD degree and optional postdoctoral research experience in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or related field.
Experience in mass spectrometry-based proteomics; especially chemical proteomics is of advantage.
Initiative-taking and enjoying practical laboratory work.
High level of self-organization, flexibility and independent thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and initiative to actively communicate with colleagues and external partners.
Professional language skills in English - both spoken and written.
