Product Management (PM) is the function responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet customer needs and supporting development across the product life cycle. Your main tasks as PM T3000 Cyber Security within the control system Omnivise T3000 in a multinational team, is being responsible for Omnivise T3000 with the ability to design the control system that will support the energy transition by exploring and gathering qualitative and quantitative insights about market dynamics, user preferences and customer requirements. These insights define both business strategy and technical strategy and produce the feature backlog. How You’ll Make an Impact * Develop and lead the product and innovation strategy for Cyber Security within Omnivise T3000, aligning with market needs and the overall portfolio vision * Coordinate and manage support from offshore development locations, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration * Represent customer and partner requirements, championing their integration into the product roadmap and commercialization plan * Prioritize and coordinate multiple security requirements, ensuring alignment with the defined development process and strict adherence to international cyber security standards and regulations like IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP and others * Collaborate effectively across agile teams with other Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure seamless development, delivery and compliance with cyber security best practices What You Bring * B.Eng. / Master’s degree in information technology or electronic or comparable * Understanding of the energy market and the related implications for control system as well as deep understanding of modern control systems like Omnivise T3000 * Strong understanding of cyber security features like network and system administration, penetration testing, hardening, malware protection and vulnerability are a basic need * Experience in risk assessment, information security, data protection and related regulations are additional necessary * Proven track record in Product Management or associated fields, Jira knowledge is a benefit * Experience with agile working methods like Scrum, SAFe or others * Communication and leadership skills to align with multinational partners and to plan and coordinate multiple team activities as well as dedicated and intrinsically motivated to take ownership of work About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
