In order to support SAP projects/changes in the future and to strengthen our team in Winnenden, we are looking for an

SAP Developer (f/m/d) – 12 months fixed term Your role:

- Provide input into the design of SAP enhancements and rollouts, offering proactive advice to functional consultants and business partners
- Analyze business requirements and create technical specifications for ABAP programming work and all module interfaces, translating requirements into an appropriate system design and version control of deliverables
- Code application components
- Ensure sustainable, scalable, flexible and template-conform solutions with good performance
- Ensure developments are coded in a way that complies with SAP best practices
- Project management of multiple small concurrent coding projects
- Drive resolution and be responsible for assigned tasks and their deliverables
- Ensure on time delivery of developments and proactively seek support when required
- Document, prepare and execute unit test plans and support project test cycles
- Perform quality reviews of documentation, code and test plans
- Demonstrate a structured approach to time management and task prioritization
- Guide and manage external ABAP developers if applicable
- Provide periodic progress updates and development status

Your profile:

- Good development skills of the following areas with relevant hands-on coding experience:
- SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP OO, Data Dictionary, IDoc message processing, BADIs/BAPIs, ABAP Objects programming, SAP user exits/enhancements
- Fiori, SAPUI5 preferred
- Debugging skills in ABAP and trouble-shooting skills in general
- Knowledge of SAP Gateway configuration and development
- Experience in forms development with Adobe PDF and Smartforms preferred
- Experience of working on a highly customized SAP system
- Knowledge of SAP functional areas, particularly SD, LE and WM is a plus
- An interest in understanding business processes and challenges in order to effectively develop technical solutions while considering changing demands to ensure efficiency
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Willingness to learn new technologies with an analytical approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel within Europe when required
- Good English skills

SAP-Entwickler (m/w/d)

Hammerjob:

* Bereitstellung von Input für die Gestaltung von SAP-Verbesserungen und -Auslieferungen, proaktive Unterstützung von Fachberatern (m/w/d) und Geschäftspartnern (m/w/d)
* Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Entwicklung funktionaler Spezifikationen für ABAP-Programmierung und sämtlicher Modulinterfaces, Umsetzung der Anforderungen in adäquate Systemgestaltung und Versionskontrolle der Ergebnisse
* Anwendungscodekomponenten
* Sicherstellung nachhaltiger, skalierbarer, flexibler und vorlagenkonformer Lösungen
* Sicherstellung, dass die Entwicklungen so kodiert sind, dass sie den bewährten SAP-Methoden entsprechen
* Projektmanagement für verschiedene Projekte
* Vorantreiben von Lösungen und Entscheidungen sowie Verantwortung für zugewiesene Aufgaben
* Sicherstellung und Bereitstellung von Entwicklungen sowie proaktive Unterstützung bei Lösungsfindungen
* Dokumentation, Vorbereitung und Ausführung von Modultestplänen und Unterstützung bei Projekttestzyklen
* Durchführung von Qualitätsüberprüfungen der Dokumentation, Codes und Testpläne
* Nachweis einer logischen und strukturierten Herangehensweise an das Zeitmanagement und Aufgabenpriorisierung
* Anleitung und Management externer ABAP-Entwickler (m/w/d) falls erforderlich
* Bereitstellung periodischer Updates zu Fortschritt und Entwicklungsstatus



Super Werkzeug:

* Entwicklungskompetenzen in den folgenden Gebieten mit einschlägiger praktischer Kodiererfahrung:
* SAP-ABAP und SAP-ABAP OO, Datenwörterbuch, IDOC-Textverarbeitung, BADIs/BAPIs, ABAP-Objektprogrammierung, SAP-User-Erweiterungen/-Verbesserungen
* Fiori, vorzugsweise SAPUI5
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Fehlerbehebung in ABAP sowie gute Kenntnisse in allgemeiner Fehlerbehandlung
* Kenntnisse in der SAP-Gateway-Konfiguration und -Entwicklung
* Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit kundenspezifischen SAP-Systemen, insbesondere SD, gern auch LE und WM
* Fundiertes Wissen in System- und Softwarequalitätssicherung (Best-Practice-Ansätze und
* -Methoden)
* Interesse an neuen und entstehenden Technologien, analytisches Vorgehen und Problemlösungskompetenzen
* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen europaweiten Dienstreisen
* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
