Key job responsibilities
As part of the team, you will work with customers and regulators to demonstrate Amazon security controls applicable to local requirements. You will join our team in helping customers understand how our infrastructure is designed, operated, maintained, and protected in accordance with global regulated industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Dive deep into the Amazon control environment to develop broad domain and technical understanding of our security activities and control implementations to articulate compliance implications to both customers and internal/external audit functions.
- Develop understanding of regulated industry compliance requirements and communicate how we control activities to meet global regulatory obligations.
- Liaise with customers, regulators and auditors, articulate control implementation, and describe considerations for applying security and compliance concepts to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by being a trusted advisor, facilitator and creative problem solver.
- Implement continuous improvements to the security organization and the program management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
- Apply a working knowledge of global information security regulation and policy to articulate customer and control impact and drive alignment to Amazon controls.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors, Masters or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Accounting/Auditing, Cybersecurity or other related fields.
- 10+ years of working experience in performing and/or participating in IT audits and assessments of highly technical cloud-based environments.
- 10+ years working in highly regulated industries (e.g. financial services, healthcare, and energy, telecommunications), including direct work with European audits and frameworks such as DORA.
- Auditors who have experience conducting IT audits based on ISAE 3402. Experience auditing COBIT, ITIL, and IT-Grundschutz as well.
- 1 or more industry-recognized security, cloud, or audit professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, Amazon Cloud Security Practitioner
- Business-level fluency in English is required for this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in technical security design, compliance consulting, or advisory work in support of a highly technical environment. Solid technical background with demonstrable understanding of cloud services/deployment architecture (ideally Amazon cloud services offering).
- Deep understanding of regulatory guidance, FCA guidance FG16/5 (Guidance for firms outsourcing to the ‘cloud’ and other third-party IT services), DORA requirements for Critical Service Provider, C5 requirements of the Federal Office of Information Security of Germany and other applicable standards and requirements.
- A record of delivery of IT process improvement projects with technology processes and/or major tech companies along with generating automated metrics to measure effectiveness and consistency.
- Experience in IT program or project management, IT auditing, and/or control framework development and implementation.
- Experience building certification roadmaps based on customer requirements, compliance documentation, and ensuring that committed assessments are delivered on schedule.
- A detailed understanding of evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls and experience working with auditors/regulators for these types of assessments.
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools and technology.
- Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Media, Entertainment, Games and Sports (MEGS) team is seeking a dynamic Senior ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging new and existing customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You'll work closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth.

As ProServe’s customer facing relationship owner you’ll be primarily focused on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and securing customer signoff of SOW’s for MEGS customers. Following project launch, you will stay connected with the customer to ensure we are delivering the agreed customer business outcomes (CBO) as outlined in the SOW.

Your experience in selling services within Media and Entertainment, and technology/consulting sectors, will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. You will drive innovation across all technologies, including Media Supply Chain, Live and On-Demand Video Streaming, Content Production, Media Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence for Media, Compute, Database, Data Analytics, Application-level services, Networking, Serverless and more. You will demonstrate proficiency in business development, executing sales methodologies and managing CRM systems coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities PAEs performance will be measured against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. Key job responsibilities
As an experienced services MEGS sales professional, you will be responsible for:

• Leading business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements in MEGS sector
• Collaborating with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts
• Creating proposals, securing customer sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful project delivery

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors, Masters or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Accounting/Auditing, Cybersecurity or other related fields.
- 5+ years of working experience in performing and/or participating in IT audits and assessments of highly technical cloud-based environments.
- 5+ years working in highly regulated industries (e.g. financial services, healthcare, and energy, telecommunications), including direct work with European audits and frameworks such as DORA.
- Auditors who have experience conducting IT audits based on ISAE 3402. Experience auditing COBIT, ITIL, and IT-Grundschutz as well.
- 1 or more industry-recognized security, cloud, or audit professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, Amazon Cloud Security Practitioner
- Business-level fluency in English is required for this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in technical security design, compliance consulting, or advisory work in support of a highly technical environment. Solid technical background with demonstrable understanding of cloud services/deployment architecture (ideally Amazon cloud services offering).
- Deep understanding of regulatory guidance, FCA guidance FG16/5 (Guidance for firms outsourcing to the ‘cloud’ and other third-party IT services), DORA requirements for Critical Service Provider, C5 requirements of the Federal Office of Information Security of Germany and other applicable standards and requirements.
- A record of delivery of IT process improvement projects with technology processes and/or major tech companies along with generating automated metrics to measure effectiveness and consistency.
- Experience in IT program or project management, IT auditing, and/or control framework development and implementation.
- Experience building certification roadmaps based on customer requirements, compliance documentation, and ensuring that committed assessments are delivered on schedule.
- A detailed understanding of evaluating the design and effectiveness of IT controls and experience working with auditors/regulators for these types of assessments.
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools and technology.
- Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

Key job responsibilities
As part of the team, you will work with customers and regulators to demonstrate Amazon security controls applicable to local requirements. You will join our team in helping customers understand how our infrastructure is designed, operated, maintained, and protected in accordance with global regulated industry standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Dive deep into the Amazon control environment to develop broad domain and technical understanding of our security activities and control implementations to articulate compliance implications to both customers and internal/external audit functions.
- Develop understanding of regulated industry compliance requirements and communicate how we control activities to meet global regulatory obligations.
- Liaise with customers, regulators and auditors, articulate control implementation, and describe considerations for applying security and compliance concepts to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the organization by being a trusted advisor, facilitator and creative problem solver.
- Implement continuous improvements to the security organization and the program management process. Share program/project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization.
- Apply a working knowledge of global information security regulation and policy to articulate customer and control impact and drive alignment to Amazon controls.
