What you’ll do: - Create bold, scroll-stopping ideas for organic and paid social content—from quick trends to full campaigns - Spot and act on emerging trends, sounds, and formats with creative speed - Collaborate with creators to produce native, authentic content - Concept social-first campaigns aligned with brand goals - Work hand-in-hand with social strategists, editors, designers, and copywriters to turn insights into high-performing content - Use platform expertise and data to guide and improve creative output - Contribute to creative reviews, team brainstorms, and pitch presentations with clarity and energy - Help shape the brand’s look and voice across social platforms Ihr Profil: What you’ll need: - 5+ years in a creative role within a social-first agency, brand team, or content studio - Strong portfolio showcasing innovative social ideas and campaign work across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) - Deep understanding of internet culture, social behaviors, and content trends - Experience working with creators and influencer talent from concept to final content - Be comfortable with fast-paced content development, from idea to execution, without sacrificing quality - Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment - Passion for pushing boundaries and making social content that people actually want to watch and engage with - Skills in visual design, editing, motion, or creative direction are a big plus
