What you can expect:

- Part of our implementation project and rollout for Salesforce (esp. Consumer Goods Cloud) as the new platform for the whole group
- Consulting and Management of Stakeholders as a primary contact to drive Salesforce solutions
- Demand Management to understand business needs and derive IT solution requirements
- Organization and Implementation of interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect and consolidate requirements
- Collaboration with Solution Engineers during solution design (e.g. by User Stories, Use Cases and Best Practices)
- Support of change management to ensure the successful adoption of new sales processes and solutions

What we expect:

- Degree in business administration, international management business informatics or similar
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of Salesforce (esp. Consumer Goods Cloud)
- Experiences in Consulting and Requirement Analysis in the field of international Sales Processes
- Deep knowledge of the whole Salesforce eco system
- Service-oriented and user-centered mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to senior management
- Strong analytical skills and independent working attitude
- Professional in English and German

Was Sie auszeichnet

- Nach 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung mit dem Schwerpunkt SAP-CO besitzen Sie tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Customizing, Maintenance und der Weiterentwicklung der Module
- Sie sind vertraut mit den Bereichen COAM (Kostenstellen, Innenaufträge), COPA (Bewertung), COPC (Kalkulation, Bestandsbewertung) und können ABAP-Codes analysieren
- Als begeisterter Team-Player teilen Sie ihre Kenntnisse und sind gleichzeitig selbständig in Ihrer Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse in ML, FI, sowie S/4 sind wünschenswert
- Sie können abstrakte, technische Zusammenhänge in Deutsch und Englisch verständlich erklären
