Jetfly Technik is our Aircraft Maintenance Center based in Zweibrücken. We guarantee comprehensive product support over the entire life cycle of a Pilatus aircraft. Our teams are experienced specialists trained by Pilatus who look after our aircraft to the highest standards 🚀

Our company is actively seeking for a Aircraft Mechanic to reinforce our Maintenance department.

The Aircraft Mechanic performs maintenance tasks in line and base maintenance on aircraft types and components as per Jetfly Technik GmbH scope of work under supervision of Certifying- or Supporting Staff.

Duties & Responsabilities:

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks under supervision based on work orders and Pilot reports using approved maintenance data in a safe and efficient way
- Support Certifying Staff during troubleshooting
- Assembling and installing Aircraft components and equipment
- Ensure that the maintenance management system is updated on a regular basis in order to reflect maintenance activities, component changes and manhours
- Report work in progress, defects, problems, or delays to the assigned Certifying staff
- Make sure that assigned tools are maintained in a good condition
- Keep the work environment in a clean and safe condition

Training Requirements:

- Human Factors Training
- Part 145 initial / refresher Training
- EWIS initial / refresher Training
- Fuel tank safety initial / refresher Training

Evaluation Requirements:

- Basic experience in working with complex technical systems
- Basic experience in aircraft maintenance
- Basic knowledge of EASA Regulations (EU) No 1321/2014 Part 145 regulations would be an advantage
