- Unser Kunde ist ein international produzierendes Unternehmen und verfügt über mehrere Aluminium-Strangpressen. Man produziert Stangen, Profile und Rohre aus hochfestem Aluminium und Aluminium-Lithium-Legierungen für den Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, die Automobilindustrie als auch für weitere industrielle Anwendungen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Du prüfst, bewertest und setzt Kunden-und Normvorschriften in Bezug auf Ultraschallprüfung und andere zerstörungsfreie Prüfverfahren um.
- Geforderte Ultraschallprüfungen werden von dir an die bestehenden Produktionsprozesse
angepasst.
- Du begleitest notwendige Anpassungen der technischen Ausstattung (Prüfplätze)
und koordinierst Reparaturen.
- Die Betreuung der eingesetzten Prüftechnik im Hinblick auf termingerechte Kalibrierung
und vorbeugende Instandhaltung gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Interne QM-Dokumentationen werden von dir an die Kunden-bzw. Normforderungen angepasst.
- Zudem kümmerst du dich um die Planung und Koordination im Bereich der Zerstörungsfreien Prüfung und schulst Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Als Prüfaufsicht für den Bereich der Vormaterial-und Halbzeug Prüfung trägst du die Verantwortung und führst interne Audits durch.
- Für Kunden und Organisationen rund um Themen aus dem Bereich der Zerstörungsfreien
Prüfung sowie Audits und Kundenzulassungen agierst du als kompetenter Ansprechpartner.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit dem Schwerpunkt Metallurgie oder Werkstoffkunde.
- Idealerweise bist du nach EN 4179 oder EN ISO 9712 zertifiziert und besitzt die Qualifizierung
zur Ultraschallprüfung Level 3.
- QM-Systemkenntnisse aus dem Automobil Bereich und der Luftfahrt sind wünschenswert.
- Gleichzeitig kannst du folgende Anwenderkenntnisse vorweisen: APQP, PPAP, FMEA sowie SPC.
- Erfahrung mit Ultraschall-, Eindring-, und Wirbelstromprüfung runden dein Profil ab.
- Die englische Sprache beherrscht du in Wort und Schrift.
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.

Die Aufgaben:
* Betriebssicherheitsprüfung mit modernsten Messgeräten und eigener Prüfsoftware
* Selbstständige, wiederkehrende Prüfungen ortsfester sowie ortsveränderlicher elektrischer Anlagen, Geräte und Maschinen nach bestehenden Betriebssicherheits- und DIN-VDE-DGUV-Normen
* Erstellung gerichtsfester Dokumentationen der Messergebnisse bei ortsfesten Anlagen und Maschinen sowie ortsveränderlichen Geräten mit den dazugehörenden Prüfberichten
* Koordination der Prüfabläufe vor Ort beim Kunden, möglichst nah am Heimatort

Dein Profil:

As Quality Governance & Process Manager you are the process owner for Asset, Risk & Opportunity Management and additionally are the responsible Quality Case Manager for the coordination of all emerging Quality Cases using Structured Problem Solving in Tires IT.
