Your tasks:

- Coordinate the maintenance of each engineering discipline schedules.
- Organize and host Peer to Peer meetings as necessary, to allow the clarification of inter-disciplinary milestones, review deliverables and crosscheckinterdisciplinary dependencies.
- Track plan fulfillment and report conflicts
- Monitor progress and report roadblocks.
- Administer Project Center, including formalization of changes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reporting to chief engineer.
- Enhance Project Center content by providing and implementing a strategy to include Cost Management and Risk Management into the established structure.
- Performance will be evaluated based on the ability to manage project milestones effectively, highlight showstoppers promptly, and resolve conflicts proactively

Your qualification:

- 5+ years experience in Project Management
- Familiar with the aerospace V&V process
- Good know-how about modern development techniques
- Experience in developing project analysis tools for complex projects (power automate)
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS project Center.
- Ability to review, edit, and exchange Microsoft Office Suite products and PDF files.
- Knowledge of Microsoft power automate is a plus•
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English is mandatory

Your qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aeronautical Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with full-flight simulator development, with direct experience on programs similar to the D328eco or other turboprop regional aircraft.
- Deep understanding of aircraft systems, flight physics, and aerodynamics, specifically applied to flight simulation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for flight simulators, including EASA CS-FSTD and FAA Part 60
- Strong project management skills and accountability for meeting program objectives within scope and budget.

Your tasks:

- Independently perform all Aircraft / System-level Safety analyses
- Take Technical Responsibility for System level Safety analyses across the Safety V cycle
- Develop & update applicable Safety Processes and Procedures.
- Align with the Systems Design and Installation team regarding the applicable safety requirements.
- Proactively identify Safety certification gaps/issues and work toward their resolution.
- Work with suppliers to achieve the target Safety levels.
- Support various Common Cause Analyses (CCA), including Particular Risk Analysis (PRA) and Zonal Safety Analysis (ZSA)
- Manage the Validation and Verification of Safety Requirements

Your qualification:

- Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar
- 10+ years of experience in Aircraft / System Safety at major OEMs or consulting in this field
- Experience in Safety Processes covering AFHA, SFHA, PSSA, CMA, SSA, FMEA, and Reliability Prediction of Complex Systems
- Hands-on experience in Safety tools like Reliability Workbench, CAFTA, or equivalent FTA software
- Good knowledge of Avionics, Electrical, & Auto Pilot domains
- Familiarity with SAE ARP4754B and ARP4761A standards
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills as an autonomous worker and a good communicator
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English. German is a plus
