Gehaltsrahmen: Je nach Erfahrung bis zu € 140.000 p.a.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Deliver and maintain SAP IT solutions for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management (QM) within the S/4HANA environment. Collaborate closely with Business and Global Process Owners.

Global Scope

- Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing management of solutions within the defined framework.
- Provide guidance to key users to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, coordinating effectively with external partners throughout various phases of processes, operations, and development.
- Ensure a seamless transition of solutions into operational use.
- Stay informed about current market trends and emerging technologies.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by embracing the company’s core values.
- Lead small-scale projects or subprojects within your area of expertise.

Value Proposition:
Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA Program by applying in-depth architectural and programming expertise, specifically in the domains of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management (QM).

Collaboration Network:

- Work closely with IT Transformation Partners and other IT support teams.
- Liaise with key users within the organization.
- Engage with external service providers.

Qualifications:

- Advanced academic degree (Master’s) or equivalent in Business Science, Business Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Proven professional experience.
- Strong expertise in integrating processes using the SAP S/4HANA Suite and advanced frontend programming skills in PLM and QM.
- Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as SCRUM, and experience working in DevOps teams.
- Basic understanding of economic principles.
- Project management capabilities.
- Intercultural competence, client-focused mindset, flexibility, and fluency in written and spoken English.
