In our company your responsible for:

- Coordination and monitoring of initiatives and projects within the Systems BU to consistently improve the business processes and reduce costs of quality
- Monitor the strategic quality objectives for the business unit and the global operations organization and report the defined metrics. Support the managers and teams with the right methods to solve problems and consistently improve the quality of processes and results.
- Support and drive activities to establish a “Quality First” mindset in all parts of the organization
- Enhancement of the quality assurance system, with focus on operations and cross-functional processes.
- Support of all functional areas in quality assurance tasks using quality methods and procedures, including FMEA moderation and 8D analyses
- Lead and develop the local quality team and work actively in the global quality team
- Support best practice sharing initiatives locally and globally
- Contact person for customers, suppliers and employees on product quality-related topics

What should you bring with us:

- Completed technical studies (e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, device design or industrial engineering)
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and ideally qualifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, auditor and/or QMB
- Confident handling of quality techniques, e.g. 5Why, FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D
- Communicative personality with very good analytical and organizational skills, a goal-oriented way of working and the ability to inspire people for new topics and methods
- Very good written and spoken German and English, for communication within the team and with customers

- Technische Unterstützung des globalen Vertriebs bei der Klärung von Kundenanfragen und Auftragsbewertung

- Preiskalkulation für neue Baugruppen und -teile

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (TU/FH) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Messtechnik, Feinwerktechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Geräte- und Anlagenbau, Design mechanischer Baugruppen
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung aus Industrie oder Entwicklung in einem oder mehreren dieser Gebiete: elektrische Messtechnik, Wafertest, Halbleiterfertigung, Baugruppentest
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit weltweiten Kunden
- Bereitschaft sich ständig weiterzubilden und technisches Fachwissen zu erwerben
- Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
- Hoher Anspruch an Qualität und die termingerechte Fertigstellung von Projekten
- Aktive und zielorientierte Problemlösung und hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
