Dein Impact:
Als Projektassistenz/PMO Audit Operations (m/w/d) (sog. Audit Workflow Assistant) agierst du als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Fachmitarbeiter:innen der Wirtschaftsprüfung und prüfungsnahen Beratung und administrativen Servicebereichen und garantierst damit einen reibungslosen Ablauf unseres Auftragsprozesses.
- Single-Point-of-Contact: Als feste Ansprechperson für unsere Fachmitarbeiter:innen der Wirtschaftsprüfung und prüfungsnahen Beratung sorgst du für einen effizienten Prüfungsablauf im administrativen Bereich, indem du bei der Erstellung von Projektplänen und -dokumentationen sowie beim kontinuierlichen Monitoring und Controlling des Projektfortschritts und der Projektziele unterstützt.
- Koordination: Du interagierst als Schnittstelle zwischen deinem Prüfungs- oder Beratungsteam und den verschiedenen administrativen Schwerpunktbereichen innerhalb unserer Audit Operations.
- Eigenverantwortlichkeit: Du bearbeitest eigenständig auch teilweise fachlich anspruchsvolle Themen (bspw. Unabhängigkeit des Abschlussprüfers), erstellst in Zusammenarbeit mit den Prüfungsteams (Ergebnis)-Präsentationen für den Mandanten und organisierst ggfs. interne wie externe Workshops und Meetings.
- Organisation: Als Prozess-Owner behältst du, in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und Mandanten, die Erstellung sowie den Versand und Rücklauf unserer Auftragsschreiben, Rechnungen und Prüfberichte im Blick.
- Aufgabenvielfalt: Steuerung des Zeitmanagements unseres Auftragsprozesses, Roll-Forward der Auftragsanlage sowie Unterstützung bei der Disposition des Prüfungsteams.
Dein Skillset:
- Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Projekt Management oder einem Audit Operations-Servicebereich
