· You analyze existing business processes using a Lean Six Sigma approach
and identify areas for improvement, especially through process mining
technologies.
· You create architectural concepts that effectively combine process
improvements with suitable technical solutions.
· You implement process mining-based solutions that enhance business
processes, and oversee the implementation in larger or more complex
technical projects.
· You ensure new solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and
workflows.
· You collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand process
requirements and translate functional needs into technical specifications.
· You continuously assess and refine implemented solutions in response to
changing business needs and technological advancements.
-Whom We Are Looking For-
· You have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at
least 3 years in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining, or process
excellence.
· You bring strong hands-on experience with SAP (including SAP tables),
Celonis, and ideally data analytics tools like Power BI.
· You are proficient in SQL or other programming languages, which is
considered a strong advantage.
· You hold a university degree in a relevant field such as Computer
Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
· You are confident working with process improvement methodologies like
Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile; a Green Belt certification is a plus.
· You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured
problem-solving mindset.
· You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
· You are organized, manage your time well, and know how to prioritize in
