As Team Lead Product Development, you are responsible for all technical aspects of our product and future design iterations. Your task will be to coordinate all areas independently of each other to a common success. 
* Team lead of entire product development team
* Coordination of development of hardware, embedded software, mobile app and machine learning algorithm / AI
* Creation, development, and ownership of development roadmap
* Stakeholder management, creation of meaningful networks incl. representation at technical fairs
* Ownership of patent strategy
* Strategic planning, sourcing an onboarding of internal and external resources for all development areas
* Implementation of a quality assurance system for product development in cooperation with quality department


Qualifications

* M.Sc. in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable studies
* Several years of professional experience in the field of R&D, data science or product development
* First start-up experience
* Advanced project management knowledge
* Several years of disciplinary team lead experience of intercultural teams
* Experience in app and machine learning
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Analytical, structured and independent style of working
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal competencies (communication, integrity) and resilience
* Affinity to sport
