Your tasks:
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions
- Support PC hardware, desktop OS software, and application software
- Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate for other servicing needs
- Provide user training for basic hardware and software use
- Record activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service
- Monitor antivirus software and updates, repairing computers affected by malicious software
- Monitor backup systems and procedures to ensure data integrity
- Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions for their needs
- Provide backup technical support for network components, including routers, firewall s, and wireless access points
- Perform security updates for desktop OS
- Perform updates and maintenance for DLP application at desktop OS
- Support MS365 maintenance for desktop OS

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT degree program or a recognized vocational training in an IT training profession
- Professional experience in the IT environment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and openness to new tasks

Your tasks:
- Work closely with headquaters to design, develop, and optimize the speech recognition system for in-vehicle applications for the European market
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of speech recognition systems and their implementation in infotainment platforms on test benches and in vehicles. This includes defect analysis, reporting, tracking, and resolution confirmation in coordination with the SW release plan
- Propose innovative solutions to improve accuracy, robustness, and performance
- Drive research initiatives to explore emerging trends and advancements in speech processing, natural language understanding, and machine learning to enhance our automotive speech recognition capabilities
- Work closely with external partners, suppliers, and academic institutions to leverage industry best practices and stay at the forefront of speech recognition technology

Your profile:
- Bachelor's, Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Phonetics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry in voice recognition or infotainment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent in English, other European languages or Chinese is a plus

Your tasks:

- Advising the management, business units and functional departments in all legal matters such as intra-group contracting, customer- and project acquisition, purchasing activities including preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, and other contractual documents in the area of automobile engineering, software programming, service provision, licensing
- Responsible for internal legal projects such as implementation of a Contract Management System, management of IP rights, running and further developing the Compliance Management System
- Processing of data protection questions together with the external data protection officer
- Support in all questions of individual and collective labor law
- Drafting, implementation and continuous evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of compliance policies, standard legal procedures and processes, internal controls
- Support of the R&D departments with questions of IP-Rights as of patent protection as well as negotiation of development contracts with both external companies as well as with affiliated companies
- “Corporate Housekeeping” including maintenance of relevant registers, processing of KYC requests and UBO questionnaires, interaction with affiliated group companies and shareholders
- Managing external law firms on specific legal matters
- Support the team in all legal matters and relevant areas of law

Your profile:

- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of five years of PQE either at a reputable law firm or company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal and business English) and German
- Have acquired good knowledge of laws in the fields of corporate, contract, commercial transactions and negotiation processes
- Relevant experience in dealing with data protection/privacy matters (GDPR) and Compliance issues
- Excellent communication/relationship building skills with an ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally
- Intercultural experience and open mind to work within an international workforce
