Here are some of your tasks in detail

· Technical Leadership: Lead the mobile development teams, developing
and implementing technical standards for scalability, security, and
maintainability.
· Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with product
management to synchronize technical and business requirements, contributing
to the product roadmap.
· Process Optimization: Optimize development processes using Atlassian
tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ensure compliance with global architecture and
security standards.
· Team Support: Advise and support development teams in implementing
architectural guidelines, coding standards, and security policies.
· Technical Integration: Coordinate the technical integration of IoT
devices, mobile apps, and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring smooth
collaboration with remote teams and external partners.
· Risk Management: Plan and manage technical initiatives to efficiently
execute the product roadmap, minimizing risks through iterative
development.
· Promote Agile Culture: Foster an agile, sustainable development
culture and ensure compliance with security and compliance standards for
mobile and IoT software solutions.

To unlock your full potential with us, it would be great if you bring

· Education: A completed education or degree in Computer Science,
Software Development, or a related field.
· Technical Expertise: Very good knowledge of Mobile architectures,
cloud technologies, especially Azure and the cherry on top IoT experience.
· Project Management: Solid experience in IT project management and
managing software development projects.
· DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines,
and infrastructure automation.
