We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence
and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position
"FCAS Materials & Processes Engineer" (m/f/d).





Your tasks:

- Development of functional materials and associated manufacturing
processes
- Support to workpackages in the area of FCAS and internal
development projects
- Support to national and international R&T projects
- Deliver material solutions including associated data to other
airframe disciplines
- Develop eco-efficient materials and processes to comply with EHS
regulations such as REACh
- Creation and harmonization of material and process specifications
- Definition of material and manufacturing process selection lists
based on program requirements
- Definition, coordination and execution of material, process or part
specific qualification campaigns
- M&P support to other engineering and manufacturing disciplines
- M&P support to supplier audits, quality escapes or obsolescences
- Support in supplier development in the area of structural and
non-structural polymers
- Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting





Your profile:

- Completed studies in the field of aerospace, material science,
mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
- More than three years of professional experience in the aerospace
sector
- Good knowledge of non-structural aerospace materials and
manufacturing technologies
- Sound knowledge in the area of composite technology and basic
knowledge in the area of aircraft design and associated requirements
- Working experience in laboratory environment
- Experience in definition and execution of test programs including
coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers is
mandatory
- Demonstrated work package management skills and respective
reporting skills is a must have
- First experience with environmental regulatory compliance is
appreciated
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Experienced knowledge of German

Materiel Service - 1st Level Support ELMASS (d/m/w)

Der 1st Level Support ELMASS ist Teil des integrierten logistischen Supports (ILS) und bietet unseren Kunden die systematische Abbildung der Materialversorgung und des Materialmanagements unserer Produkte an. Im Bereich Materiel Services wird für die vorgenannte Aufgabenstellung ein integriertes ELMASS (Enhanced Logistic Materiel Support System) basierend auf dem S2000M Standard in Kombination mit SAP genutzt.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

- Ansprechpartner beim Betrieb des ELMASS mit Schwerpunkt Business / IT Support für unsere internen und externen Kunden
- Unterstützen beim überwachen des S2000M basierten Datenaustausches (Transaktionen) zwischen den S2000M Systemen der Kommunikationspartner und ergreifen von geeigneten Korrekturmaßnahmen im Fehlerfall.
- Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen im Fehlerfall
- Ticketbearbeitung im Remedy Tool
- Unterstützen bei der Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs des S2000M Systems ELMASS
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Trainings für interne und externe Kunden
- Erstellung und Pflege der Systemrelevanten Dokumentation
- Sicherstellung von Reports und KPIs

Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen

- Abschluss eines Technischen/Naturwissenschaftlichen Hochschulstudiums/Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung im Material Support Management und deren Prozesse
- Kenntnisse in EPS-SSP / S2000M und EEBS
- Kenntnisse in ELMASS, SAP und MS Office
- Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Informatik
- Lesen und Schreiben von SQL Statements, Verständnis von Oracle Datenbankstrukturen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Software Skills und Change Management
- Fließende Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
