To strengthen our Milwaukee® team in Winnenden as soon as possible, we are looking for a dedicated

(Junior) Product Manager (f-m-d) PPE - Milwaukee®

Key responsibilities:

Take part in driving innovation and safety in the PPE segment. You will support product development, market research, and lifecycle management for Milwaukee® protective equipment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help manage product launches, pricing strategies, and create impactful sales and marketing tools. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in an international environment and contribute to a fast-evolving product category.

- Responsible for product development, product marketing, and lifecycle management of Milwaukee® products
- Conduct market research in the PPE segment and competitive analysis
- Manage product launches considering production data, product specifications, and product availability across European warehouses
- Develop pricing strategy at the European level and monitor local market pricing
- Deliver product presentations for both large and small customer groups, as well as at events across key EMEA markets
- Conduct product training sessions and provide support to European sales subsidiaries and international partners regarding product-related inquiries
- Develop product demo tools to support the sales team across EMEA regions
- Prepare promotional and marketing materials in collaboration with other departments

What you will need:

- Completed higher education in Economics or Marketing
- Relevant experience as a Product Manager (f-m-d) (experience in the PPE market is a plus)
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel

Junior Product Manager (f/m/d) Milwaukee PACKOUT™

Your role:

- International customer visits and definition of product requirements for the European market
- Oversee product development from concept to mass production
- Lifecycle management of Milwaukee® PACKOUT™ product
- Assume responsibility for product marketing and development of sales strategy
- Manage product launches in terms of production dates, product details and availability in European warehouses, pan-European price positioning and local market pricing and monitoring
- Present products to large and small customer groups and at events in key EMEA markets
- Provide product training and support for our European distributors and international sales on specific product issues
- Liaise with global development teams
- Create promotional and marketing materials in collaboration with other departments

Your profile:

- Technical background or completion of a STEM university
- Relevant professional experience in product management, design and/or engineering
- Good English skills, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Approximately 15% travel requirement
