- Entgegennahme der Kundenanforderungen.
- Prüfung der Eigenprodukte auf Eignung und Einsatzmöglichkeit.
- Beratung der Kunden, in erforderlichen Fällen Rücksprache mit anderen Fachbereichen.
- Anpassung von Preisen in Absprache mit dem zuständigen Account Manager
Termine und Lieferzeiten mit den Fachbereichen absprechen.
- Beschreibungen und Angebotsdokumentationen erstellen und Termine überwachen.
- Angebotsverfolgung und Auftragsvergabe in Absprache mit dem zuständigen Account Manager durchführen.
- Sichtung der Aufträge in technischer und kommerzieller Form
- Weiterleitung der Aufträge an das Projekt- und Ordermanagement oder Einschreibung der kundenspezifischen Bestellung.
- Terminliche Verfolgung der Auftragsabwicklung und Terminkontrolle und ggf. bei Abweichungen Erarbeitung von Alternativlösungen terminlicher Art
Nachforderungen des Kunden bearbeiten.
- Erforderlichenfalls sind Kundenabnahmen (FAT) zu organisieren und durchzuführen.
- Einsatz bei der Kundengewinnung, Projektbesprechungen.
- Übernahme von Messestanddienst bei Veranstaltungen mit AEG-Präsenz.
- Erarbeitung geeigneter Unterlagen zur Unterstützung der Account Manager.
- Betreuung spezieller Produktgruppen und Vorhalten aktueller Unterlagen.
- Kommerzielle und technische Vertriebsunterstützung.
- Fachhochschulstudium zum Dipl.-Ing. (FH) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik.
- Erfahrung in einer relevanten Branche, gerne mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung.
- Kenntnisse der Produkte/Anwendungen/Lösungen für industrielle Energiesysteme.
- Basiskenntnisse im Vertragsrecht ist ein Pluspunkt.
- Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Visio und SAP.
- Sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.

The position

Your mission is to meticulously specify and elaborate on the technical requirements, drawings, and documentation for each customer application. You will do this with a single goal in mind – to ensure the smoothest, most efficient production process possible while adhering to customer specifications and budget constraints.

Main responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Lead project documentation, technical design, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Technical Excellence: Create designs that meet standards and best practices while optimizing costs.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to fulfill internal and external requirements.
- Document Management: Schedule document delivery, handle customer requests, and ensure contract compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Verify project documents and maintain an efficient documentation system.
- Product Portfolio: Manage the product portfolio and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications and requirements:

- Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is essential.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience.
- E-plan Skills: Familiar with EPLAN-P8/Propanel (Solid Edge/Solid Works).
- Level of Expertise: Good knowledge at electrical (mechanical) engineering.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to our plant in Belecke, Warstein.
- Tech-Savvy: SAP or other ERP software experience.

- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or relevant experience
- Previous Management / Supervisory experience beneficial
- AutoCAD, 3D SolidEdge, ProPanel etc. etc
- Uninteruptible power equipment applications experience beneficial.
- Experience in an uninterruptible power equipment or industrial switchgear manufacturing environment beneficial.
- Familiarity with current applicable European Directives and International Standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communications in German and English.
