Staff Software Engineer (f/m/d) - C#, Software


Discover Impactful Work:


Our software development department is responsible for new product development and maintenance to support exciting customer requirements, as well as to control hundreds of highly sophisticated chromatography instruments and components. This group works closely with the product development teams from instrument business units, as well as with marketing, support and field service teams. We and our partners have high expectations on quality and timely results.


A day in the Life:


- Crafting solutions and implement these with local or abroad teams

- Collaborating with peers in development and product management to define architecture

- Being a valuable team member of an Agile Scrum team, focused on connectivity, infrastructure, and delivery of our chromatography data system and connecting analytical devices


Keys to Success:


- University education in computer Science (Bachelor degree or higher)


Experience & Qualifications


- Solid experience in designing and developing software solutions

- Good understanding of Restful Web APIs (Asp .NET )

- Experience with Agile software methodology (Scrum).

- Experience in Cloud technologies and Cloud architecture is a plus

- Proficient in English


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

- High level abstract thinking and excellent analytical skills

- Willingness to learn new technologies and share these with the team

- A structured and creative way of working in a local and global setting

- Shown experience in designing and developing complex applications

- Ability to work with remote teams and defining requirements
