Intern for Site Management Hamburg and External Affairs (d/f/m)

- Start: As soon as possible
- Duration: 3 Months

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities

- Site Management Support: Assist in coordinating and overseeing site management activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular updates, reports, and site documentation to stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of site-related content, including news articles, blog posts, or internal communications that reflect site activities and achievements.
- Event Coordination: Help organize site events, meetings, and activities, ensuring effective communication and preparation.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Assist in managing relationships with external partners, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Desired skills and qualifications

- Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Communication or an equivalent field of study.
- Experience within MS-Office & G-Suite.
- Fluent in German, English, French.
