Your tasks: - Carry out calculation and simulation of the electromagnetic and thermal behaviour of eMotors - Electromagnetic development and design of synchronous motors include magnetic circuit, winding, insulation and industrialization - From the concept phase to series production readiness - Prepare and contribute on internal as well as customer meetings and process inquiries - Develop solution proposals directly in the team and present them to the customer - Monitoring and evaluation of new electromagnetic concepts and technologies - Analysis of suitability and industrialisation in the field of application - Creation technical files and documentation for internal and external reporting - Supporting motor/system testing as well as industrialization Your profile: - Work experience: at least 3 - 5 years in the field of electric motors - Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, focus eMotors and propulsion (M.Sc. / PhD) or similar - Result driven attitude with curiosity towards new products - Proficient understanding of mechanics and materials - Professional experience in Finite element software (Altair, Ansys, Jmag. Femm) - Ideally experience in the field of system simulation (Altair Activate ,MATLAB) - Independent work, confident manner and analytical understanding - Strong communication and teamwork skills - High degree of flexibility and passion for technology - Creativity and interest in working with international project teams
