People are the most important asset of a financial services company. Hence, Allianz is investing in comprehensive and timely HR reporting to generate valuable insights on, for example, workforce development, talent management, and organizational learning. HR reports are used internally to support worldwide data-based management decisions; and are gaining in importance for external investor and ESG-related disclosures.

The HR Reporting Expert role is positioned in the dynamic Allianz, HR, Group People & Culture team as part of the People Analytics & Reporting function. In this role you will be supporting senior management in HR, Group People & Culture with data-based insights to assess the impact of initiatives and evaluate strategic options. You will work with HR colleagues worldwide to scope reporting needs, shape efficient reporting processes, and capture the ‘story behind the numbers'. You will be part of an international team and should be comfortable with self-directed organization in a fast-paced environment.

How can you make an impact?

You will:

- Prepare global HR / People reports for internal (e.g. CHRO, Management Board) and external stakeholders (e.g. Non-Financial Statements, Sustainability Report).
- Coordinate with HR functions worldwide to collect qualitative insights on developments and to understand the ‘story behind the numbers'.
- Enrich reports by quantitative analyses and insights by combining and synthesize a wide variety of people and business data.
- Improve HR reporting capabilities by taking ownership for innovation in process automation and IT system utilization.
- Ensure high diligence and quality in preparing HR data and reports to meet audit requirements and maintain ISO 30414 and other relevant standards.
- Deliver on ad-hoc reporting requirements and collaborate with other HR functions and departments on generating management insights.
- Create custom report dashboards, ensure data quality, deal securely and discreetly with confidential and sensitive data in line with GDPR and company governance.

What are you made of?

Minimum Qualifications:

- Degree in relevant field of study (e.g. MBA, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science).
- Over 3 years' experience in the field of management consulting, planning and controlling, or HR Reporting.
- Good knowledge of reporting processes, audit requirements, and preparing insightful management reports.
- Domain knowledge in HR function and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Good knowledge of data privacy requirements according to GDPR.
- Strong communication skills in English, German or other language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated excellence in management reporting and developing value-oriented insights based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Intrinsic motivation to continuously improve ‘how things are done', proactively detect stakeholder needs and setup efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in standard reporting tools (e.g. Excel, VBA, PowerBI, PowerQuery, ThinkCell, SAP/SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics); experience with analysis tools is a plus (e.g. SPSS, R, Python).
- General business acumen and understanding for financial services industry and HR practices and trends.
- Entrepreneurial and comfortable with ambiguity of role and deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and interfaces.
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity and focus on problem-solving.

Radladerfahrer (m/w/d)

ab sofort in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Bedienung von Radladern (Volvo) und Holzbrecher
- Materialannahme und -kontrolle
- Verladung von Schubböden (walking floors) und Abrollcontainern
- Instandhaltung, Pflege und Wartung der Fahrzeuge und Anlagen (FE-Induktionsabscheider, NE-Induktionsabscheider, Steigförderband, Holzaufbereitungsanlage)

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

- Gute Kenntnisse mit dem Umgang von Radladern/Maschinenanlagen
- Führerscheinklasse B bzw. L, Führerschein für Erdbaumaschinen
- Erfahrungen in der Recyclingbranche von Vorteil
- Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis von Maschinen
- Teamarbeit
