XR Multimedia Producer (m/f/d)

(full-time, 38.5 hours/week, temporary for 24 months)

About the role:

Constructor University is seeking a dynamic XR Media Producer to develop and maintain Extended Reality (XR) technologies to enhance sales, marketing, and educational initiatives as well as support media production in the DEU. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to develop experiences that drive engagement and understanding across various audiences.

Your responsibilities:

- Project management of the development of XR environments and tools in support of Sales and Engagement Teams and Education
- Create XR solutions that enhance the prospective student journey, using immersive elements to boost engagement and understanding
- Coordinate with designated XR developers, UX/UI designers, and content creators, to ensure smooth integration of XR features into product offerings
- Conceptualize and produce multimedia content for online STEM-related courses that are engaging and informative in collaboration with Media Producer
- Collaborate with team members to produce content

Your qualifications:

- University degree or formal training associated with media production in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in media production, preferably in development of professional XR environment
- Knowledge of XR trends and market awareness to keep up with industry advancements and potential applications
- Experience in VR, AR and XR projects, preferably in contenct creation, integration and production with  
- IT-skills relevant to media production (networking, storage solutions, cloud workflows, programming)
- Excellent teamwork skills in collaboration with marketing, designers, and developers
- Exceptional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

* Gestaltung von Printmedien (Broschüren, Flyer, Anzeigen, Verpackungsmaterialien)
* Gestaltung von Online-Werbemitteln (Web-Banner, Newsletter)
* Erstellung und Betreuung von Social Media sowie deren Überwachung
* Überarbeitung und Pflege von Artikeltexten und Produktdaten in den Content Management Systemen (CMS) unserer Firmenwebseiten
* Bildrecherche sowie Bildbearbeitung und Fotoretusche
* Projektarbeit von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung



IHR PROFIL

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mediengestalter Digital und Print oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe-Programmen und MS Office
* Stilsicherer Umgang mit Layouts, Farben und Typografie sowie ein Auge fürs Detail
* Kenntnisse in CMS (Joomla, Gambio oder Typo3) wünschenswert
* Verlässlichkeit, selbständige Arbeitsweise
* Lust darauf, Strukturen zu erarbeiten, Konzepte zu entwickeln und den Ansporn, über sich hinauszuwachsen
* Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
