As a member of our IT Operations team, you will

- Operate, build, and develop our automation landscape while driving the automation and standardization of processes and interfaces
- Leverage the latest technologies, including AI, and develop solutions primarily using Python and JavaScript

Dein Profil
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer IT-Landschaften (Linux, Netzwerke, Virtualisierung, SaaS, Cloud)
• Gute Kenntnisse in Security & Compliance , IAM & Device Management
• Du denkst in Prozessen, Automatisierung und Standards – nicht in Tickets
• Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code / GitOps-Ansätzen ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit Kubernetes ist von Vorteil
• Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig und übernimmst Verantwortung
• Du bist neuen Ideen gegenüber aufgeschlossen und bereit, Dein Wissen mit Anderen zu teilen
• Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit
• Kein Muss aber eine Option: Du hast erste Führungserfahrung und / oder Lust auf die Rolle als Team Lead

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

Der IT-Benutzerservice ist als Single-Point-of-Contact erster Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um die IT im gesamten LMU Klinikum. Dabei haben wir stets das Ziel schnelle, effiziente und nachhaltige Lösungen zu schaffen, welche über die Leistung und Qualität einer „gewöhnlichen“ IT-Hotline hinausgehen. Sie sind erfahren im IT-Support oder haben Lust und den Ehrgeiz als engagierter Quereinsteiger in der IT-Branche durchzustarten? Dann ist unsere Stelle als IT-Servicedesk-Mitarbeiter genau das Richtige für Sie.



Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören:
· Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Problemen im IT-Servicedesk per Telefon und Ticketsystem
· Diagnose und Lösung technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Windows-Client-Systemen und klinikspezifischen Fachanwendungen
· Koordination von Störungen und ggf. Eskalation an 2nd Level
· Dokumentation von Supportvorgängen und Erstellung von Anleitungen für Endbenutzer

Unsere Anforderungen

· Sie verfügen über erste Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Windows-Client-Systemen.
· Quereinsteiger mit nachweisbaren Vorkenntnissen im IT-Bereich sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
· Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und schnelle Auffassungsgabe zählen zu Ihren Stärken.
· Sie besitzen die Bereitschaft sich in neuen Fachanwendungen und neue Prozesse einzuarbeiten.
· Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C-Level) runden Ihr Profil ab.
· Sie besitzen die Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft, um außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten von Remote aus Unterstützung zu leisten.
