- Lead and develop a SAP  team consisting of Product Owners, Delivery Leads, agile capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Lead and develop our strategic partnership with our off-shore partner to further evolve our SAP based deliveries.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP operations. 
- Ensure adherence to Husqvarna group processes and best practices across SAP legacy deployments to prepare for ongoing S/4 HANA roll-ins.
- Promoting our strategic initiative NextStep to evolve our DevOps/Agile ways of working in an ERP context
- Actively participate on our work to strengthen our culture within or global ERP operations within Global Information Services.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and operations to facilitate effective knowledge transfer and integration.
- Development and maintenance of key business stakeholder relationships that enable transition and sustain ongoing operations
- Cross-functional coordination with diverse delivery teams and business projects
- Alignment with Amplify Program pre-requisites, to meet objectives and timelines
- Planning and maintaining sunset timeline and processes for legacy platforms as they become redundant
- Development and maintenance of plan for resource transformation / enablement throughout transition
- At least three days a week in office

Key Responsibilities: 

- Leadership & Strategy: - Develop and execute the CoE strategy to support the organization's SAP landscape and other connected systems 
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across SAP systems. 
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for SAP operations. 
- Define and anchor strategy and roadmap towards S/4HANA    
- Operational Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP infrastructure and connected systems. 
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability. 
- Manage SAP upgrades, enhancements, and integrations 
- Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of SAP experts and professionals. 
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the CoE. 
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities. 
- Stakeholder Engagement: - Build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders. 
- Understand business needs and translate them into SAP solutions. 
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
- Project Management: - Oversee SAP-related projects from inception to completion. 
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 
- Implement best practices and methodologies for project management and delivery. 

 Qualifications: 

- Education: - Masters's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 
- Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and preferably basics knowledge in related systems (APO, BW, EWM, ME). 
- Proven track record in leading SAP CoE or similar roles within a global organization. 
- Extensive experience in SAP project management and system integration. 
- Skills: - Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC systems and their functionalities. 
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 
- Fluent language skills in English and German

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

- Agieren als Ansprechpartner für den Einsatz der FOSS-Software in relevante Entwicklungsprojekten
- Bewerten des Einsatzes der FOSS-Software in Entwicklungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Cybersecurity-Experten
- Einschätzen von lizenzrechtlichen FOSS-Komponenten
- Verantworten des Freigabeprozesses zum Einsatz von FOSS
- Verfolgen von eingesetzten FOSS-Projekten
- Erhalten der Aktualität und Einführen von notwendigen Updates von FOSS-Software mit jeweiligen Projektteams
- Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit der zentralen FOSS-Abteilung

Dieses Profil bringen Sie mit:

- Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Informatik / Wirtschaftsrecht / Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher Qualifikation im IT-Management /  Software-Asset-Management oder IT-Asset-Management (m/w/d)
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Lizenzverwaltung
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office und FOSS-Software sowie deren Lizenzmodelle
- Erfahrung mit Open-Source-Software zwingend erforderlich sowie in der Programmierung in C++ und Java von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie prozessorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur Arbeit im Team
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisation
