We are looking for an experienced Expert IT Sourcing-Procurement Management(m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring that Exyte's IT hardware, software, services, and in-house contractor (IHC) needs are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Lead the operational aspects of procurement, including identifying and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with IT organizational goals and objectives
Manage and oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and drafting to renewal and termination
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities
Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to terms and conditions throughout the contract lifecycle.
Oversee the contract registration process and maintain accurate records
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement activities, both internally and externally
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contract scope, terms, and budget align with business objectives

Show your expertise

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or a related field
Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar role with a strong focus on contract management and vendor negotiations in a global context
Knowledge of global procurement processes, contract law and data protection regulations
Knowledge of procurement management software and tools, with a strong understanding of IT systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring compliance and making data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on ensuring compliance and managing complex procurement processes
Fluency in German required; English language skills preferred

We are looking for an experienced Expert IT Sourcing-Sourcing Management (m/f/d). As an Expert IT Sourcing-Sourcing Management, your primary responsibility is to manage the entire lifecycle of IT sourcing, including hardware, software, services, and in-house contractors (IHC). This role goes beyond simple procurement; you will be the strategic driver behind sourcing decisions, ensuring they align with Exyte's broader IT and business goals. You will oversee supplier selection, contract negotiation, and compliance, with a strong focus on optimizing sourcing processes and driving long-term value.

- Implement and refine procurement/sourcing strategies that align with the IT organization's goals and objectives
- Focus on creating efficient sourcing processes that drive long-term value and optimize resource allocation
- Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements, including data protection and regulatory standards
- Document decisions and create audit trails for transparency in the sourcing process
- Ensure ongoing communication and collaboration to ensure that contracts and sourcing activities meet business needs throughout their lifecycle
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and innovations in sourcing practices that can enhance Exyte's competitive edge
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders

Show your expertise

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, IT or a related field
- Proven experience in IT sourcing or procurement, with a proven track record in managing complex sourcing strategies and contract negotiations
- Deep understanding of IT sourcing and contract management processes, including knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and data protection regulations
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term regarding sourcing decisions, along with excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing sourcing outcomes and making data-driven decisions
- Fluency in German required; English language skills preferred

Als IT Service Quereinsteiger:in an unserem Standort in Stuttgart bist du Teil des zentralen Bereichs IT bei der WBS GRUPPE. Du bist unser neuer Rockstar im Team und begeisterst dich mit uns für digitale und KI-geprägte Bildungserlebnisse mit viel Herz. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen optimierst du unser Hardwaremanagement und meisterst Anfragen mit Bravour. Du kannst dich auf folgende Aufgaben freuen:

- Bearbeitung und Weitergabe von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und Ticketsystem.
- Prüfung und Reparatur von defekter Hardware.
- Wareneingang und Qualitätskontrolle.
- Testen neuer Hardware sowie Erstellung von Anleitungen.
- Dokumentation in deutscher Sprache.

DEINE STÄRKEN.

Du hast vielleicht noch nicht viel Erfahrung im IT-Bereich, aber dafür jede Menge Motivation und Begeisterung für Technik. Du bist mit dem Herzen dabei und lebst für Digitalisierung und sinnstiftende Tätigkeiten. Kommunikationsstark bist du regelmäßig im Austausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen und kümmerst dich selbstständig um ihre Anliegen.

WAS WIR BENÖTIGEN.

- Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Ticketsystemen (z.B. OTOBO, OTRS) wären von Vorteil.
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. Business Central, ODOO).
