Copywriter/Content Manager (m/f/d) (Werbetexter/in)

The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH; a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH is responsible for managing the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions and the related day-to-day operations – from standard setting and certification management to integrity and marketing. FoodPLUS GmbH also serves as the legal entity holding the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label which stands for certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for a Copywriter/Content Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.

What you will do:

- Produce high-quality, engaging and impactful content that aligns with organisational goals and resonates with audiences across platforms
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy in all written content, maintaining alignment with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align content strategies with organizational goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximizing the impact of written materials across all departments
- Explore and implement innovative content formats to enhance engagement, reach, and brand impact

What we are looking for:

- Degree in the field of journalism, creative writing, english; or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in copywriting, content development or a similar role
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Basic knowledge of marketing communications principles
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content management systems

Ihre Aufgaben

- Konzipierung von Texten unterschiedlichen Umfangs in
kundentypischer Tonalität
- Übersetzung komplexer, oft technischer Inhalte in eine allgemein
verständliche Sprache
- Unterstützung bei der redaktionellen Pflege von Texten im
Content-Management-System
- Fachübergreifende Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern und
externen Dienstleistern

Unsere Anforderungen

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, einem
ähnlichen Fachgebiet oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
wünschenswert
- Thematische Erfahrungen in der Mobilfunkbrache und/oder im Bereich
digitale Interaktion von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit einem
Content-Management-System, bestenfalls Typo3
- Kreativität und neue Ansätze zum Texten über KI-gesteuerte Tools
