Deine Aufgaben

- Du unterstützt bei der technischen und kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich der elektrotechnischen Infrastruktur unter anderem für den Rückbauprozess von kerntechnischen Anlagen
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angebote mit
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Projektteams zusammen und übernimmst zum Beispiel die Terminplanung
- Du erhältst außerdem einen Einblick in die Planung, Projektkontrolle und Kontaktpflege zu Kunden und Lieferanten

Dein Profil

- Du bist Student:in im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Energietechnik oder in einem artverwandten Studiengang
- Du begeisterst dich für Anlagenprojekte im Bereich Energieinfrastruktur
- Du hast Interesse mit gängigen MS-Office-Produkten und ggf. CAD-Programme zu arbeiten
- Du bringst Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge mit, sowie eine Zahlenaffinität
- Du hast eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team

Battery Test Manager (f/m/x) Automotive

in Bad Friedrichshall near Heilbronn, Germany

Your job site and team:

Located in the family-friendly economic region of Heilbronn, surrounded by nature beauty spots, you’ll find the perfect place to live and work. Various cultural and leisure activities await you after work at our state-of-the-art 5,000 square meter Battery Test Center.
As a member of our Testing-Team, you’ll develop the battery systems of the future. You can look forward to a steep learning curve, a state-of-the-art test environment and fascinating projects.

You’ll design the test plans for cells, modules and high voltage battery systems in compliance with automotive standards or requirements of our customers, e.g. IEC 60068, LV 123/124, ECE R100, UN38.3.
To achieve this, you’ll manage the internal tests in our Battery Test Center and external tests at our customers & test suppliers. Thanks to you, every test slot is on track.
In cooperation with our Battery Test Center, you’ll support our Test Engineers in test operation and ensure failure analysis & evaluation, to point out optimization potential.
Last but not least, as the person in charge for technical matters, you’ll make a great impression on internal stakeholders within your own team.

University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
Experience in the area of battery testing & product development in OEM or Tier1 environment.
Good knowledge of Vector CANoe.

Manager (f/m/x) System Design Battery – E-mobility
in Finland (Uusikaupunki, Turku, Salo) or in Germany (Bad Friedrichshall, Munich)

As a member of our Engineering Department, you’ll develop the battery systems of the future. You can look forward to a steep learning curve, a state-of-the-art test environment and fascinating projects.

Here’s where you’ll make an impact

* You`ll lead the battery system design team, including project staffing and resource planning, and develop the skills of your team of system engineers, system architects, cell and material specialists.
* For your team, you will act as a consultant and mentor in the development of battery systems with a particular focus on battery system designs, concepts, system architectures, cells and materials.
* To further improve our internal collaboration, you will develop system design engineering processes (SYS 1-3) from the PDP to the working level. You adapt work instructions & their implementation and ensure their further improvement up to interface descriptions (e.g., RASICs).
* You will act as the first point of contact for project inquiries and provide escalation support for your team and lead engineers as needed.
* As you are an organized person, you’ll ensure compliance with the requirements and standards.



This is your basic equipment

* Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and in working together with OEMs
* Leadership experience, also in a technical or project function are an advantage
* Knowledge of all relevant battery system components and different Battery System architectures of LV- and HV systems, as well as understanding of the interaction between Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal & Chemical disciplines.
* An excellent knowledge of processes such as PDP, A-SPICE and ISO26262, as well as regulatory and safety relevant norms and standards
